The HVAC system was so noisy when it would come on, it woke me up a few times during the night. I did appreciate that the hotel was able to shuttle me to the rental car agency when it opened at the Tulsa Airport the next morning.

In the first room assigned,the toilet did not work. The 2nd has an extremely dirty shoer. Breakfast was poor with limited options. verify

I'm not too hard to please! The room was nice, comfortable and clean. But I was at the breakfast area at 8:00 am. and there was no sausage, eggs of apple juice. I thought, no big deal, I'll have orange juice and a waffle. When my waffle was done I realized there was no syrup! A dry waffle isn't a yummy breakfast!

Property and rooms were good and comfortable, pleasantly quiet. Breakfast was average...plenty of waffles. Short 1 night stay and no problems.

Staff were very nice. The bed was very uncomfortable and I think I was allergic to the room....I developed a runny nose, sneezing, and sore throat but they all went away when I left the next day. Also, I didn't like the fact that they charge $50 extra as a deposit.

Something had been spilled on the floor in the lobby when we checked in. It was still there next morning when we checked out. The van used for transportation to the airport, had the back doors broken and couldn’t open. We had to load our luggage into the passenger seats. The guy driving us to the airport was nice but dressed in sweats and looked like he just got out of bed.

This is a decent property located 7 mins away from the Tulsa International Airport and 20 mins away from downtown Tulsa. The hotel facilities are pretty good and the breakfast is also nice. The staff are polite and courteous and the rooms are clean. Will stay here if I visit again.
