奧沙娛樂場塔爾薩市中心飯店(Osage Casino Downtown Tulsa)

It was a great stay the only problem was the terrible storm that hit the area on Saturday night 90 mph winds knocked out the power for 25 minutes. The food was good.

Hotel very good

Our room thermostat didn't work so the room was cold and they never sent anyone to fix it. They also never offered to change our room or anything. Not a good experience for us.

We had an amazing time at the hotel and ****** and exploring Tulsa. We attended a concert at Cain’s Ballroom. It seems to be located right off all the highways so you can get anywhere quickly. The rooms are very nice and clean. They seem eco friendly except for there weren’t places to recycle. I know I sound ridiculous but it matters.

Check is 4pm like normal. We just drove 12 hours. Tired and wanted to rest. Tried to check in 245. Girl said no problem but not to 3. Ok, came back at 3, tried checking in with another employee. He said 330. I said the girl right there said 3. She wouldn't even look at us. Came back at 330. Now they said 4. Make up your mind. Should have said from the get go, 4 is the soonest. Rooms very nice and clean. I did see on a review there's people asking for money. Sure enough a young man asked for a few bucks. Told him if you want money get a job like i did.

Room had not been cleaned. I notified the front desk, and was assigned a different room which was dirty also. Three rooms later and finally a clean room, however it was not the room I requested. At this point I was exhausted from carrying my luggage around. I had high expectations, but was extremely disappointed with the lack of care and such poor customer service. I would not recommend to anyone!

Bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The workers at check in were rude. It was very loud with people screaming and yelling all night and the seal around the door was missing so we heard it all.

Was told there would be breakfast the night before, then was told at check out that there’s no breakfast, which we looked forward to because the skiatook location had an amazing breakfast. :(
