圖蘭可可飯店(Coco Tulum Hotel)

Enjoyed my stay a lot. The Zen zone is perfect for people that like to enjoy their own Cabanitas (lil huts with straw roofs) a lot. I had originally booked one with a shared bathroom and jungle view but was fortunately enough to get a free upgrade to a private one right at the beach. Perfect! The lady from the front desk was very kind and friendly and gave me a small tour of the place and everything in my room. Waking up right at the beach was amazing and there was more than enough place to sit at the private beach seats which had great cover from the sun. The waiters occasionally walked over from the Bar which was 100m to the right, great service. The breakfast was delicious too, unlimited pancakes, toast and fruit. The Croissant and Chilaquiles that I ordered were delicious. For lunch I recommend the Tortas or Tostada with Octopus if you are into seafood. Only thing that was a bit annoying was that no matter the time it was quite full at the breakfast place which was also about a 500m walk to the right, maybe more. Make sure to use sun screen even at 9am damn. There is a small pharmacy and big liqour store with a lot of fancy wine and cheap Coronas right across the street, however barely any food and there´s no small mini market or Oxxo or such nearby. Make sure to bring some groceries if you are not planning to go into town like me (pay attention I didn´t have a fridge in the room). I didn´t like the roads either, it is not very walkable further than 300m either sides and because of the tropical rain it was dirty and the passing cars will splash you. I don´t think it´s safe to walk there at night. If you need to go to a specific place definitely take a taxi, sadly they will do their absolute best to rip you off. Bring pesos and clearly agree for a price before, there´s no Uber. Anyways, there were some fancy restaurants close by but nothing quick or easy. Therefore I´d say the location is beautiful considering the beach but you will spend a bit going up and down. Walking on the beach during the day is nice and easy close to the water, there are some nice hotels and associated beach bars closeby. You just have to be able to cope with the weather, it was around 33 degrees most days I was there and the sun was incredibly strong. Luckily the hotel provides you with fresh water everyday. I don´t know how they did it, but everytime I went for a small walk or to get breakfast they managed to clean my cabanita very neatly. They did a great job, place was very clean every time. Sadly my cabanita was leaking a bit from the roof at multiple places when raining and the cleaners turnt on the airco when I was gone which caused the floor to be very slippery. I only saw the staff at the front when picking up towels everyday and asking for recommendations, they were very friendly and I enjoyed the small talk a lot. They seem very happy to work there. I advise them to put a fan there however because it was incredibly hot at the front side during the day and both of us were struggling. In conclusion, this place is perfect for couples that don´t want to sit at a pool but at the beach and enjoy each others company, beach walks, swimming and some privacy. Definitely book the cabanita with ocean view or directly at the beach. It´s worth it. Bathroom was very nice too, big shower. The occasional baby crab will crawl up through the drain but they´re friendly. Just make sure to close the door most of the times, I had a huge wasp like creature in my room that I couldn´t get out anymore. Thanks to all the staff, I enjoyed my stay a lot. Kind regards, Davey

Die Anlage ist super schön. Leider ging das Wasser in der Dusche nicht danach haben wir aber ein Upgrade bekommen und es war echt schön. Die Betten sind sehr hart, dafür war es aber nachts zum schlafen sehr ruhig. Das Meer war traumhaft und die liegen immer schön schattig. Leider war es nur schwer zu genießen da permanent extrem laute Musik gespielt wurde. Auch nach mehrfachen Bitten ,das es leiser gelacht wird, wurde es nicht geändert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super nett, an der Bar eher weniger. Es gab jeden Tag Frühstücks Buffet was zwar einfach war jedoch sehr lecker.

L hotel corresponds aux photos. La plage est magnifique et entretenu. Le bar de plage est bien... Les prix sont un peu cher mais c est Tulum! Un parking dn face de l hotel est bien pratque c est un atout. Le petit dejeuner est simple mais ca fait le job ! Alors pourquoi seulement 3 etoiles..... Car coco tulum a un beach club comme voisin ..... Ils mettent la musique tres tres fort.... Ils ne respectent pas les heures de fermeture..... Un jour ils ont finit la soiree a 8h du matin. Un conseil refusez toutes les chambres cotes gauche de l hotel (depuis la rue). Par exemple nous avions la chambre 4 face a la plage.

El lugar está muy bonito, la relación calidad precio es excelente! Sales ganando como huésped, todo el personal es sumamente atento y servicial. El único detalle en los baños compartidos es que no había agua para lav**** los dientes, fuera de ahí todo es muy bueno

La vista es hermosa. Lo único que no recomiendo es que el agua de la regadera es de mar, por lo tanto, si tienes químicos en tu cabello, el agua de mar no es el ideal para el aseo personal y de uso diario.

Buena ubicación, mal baños compartidos, y el agua de duchas y demás es salada, no parece ser tratada

바다앞이라 좋았으나 화장실이 공용이라 너무 불편했어요.
