阿華烏圖蘭住宿-阿華烏精選(Ahau Tulum)

Que no tienen control de los camastros, las ocupan los que consumen(no hospedados), pero también hay personas que están hospedadas en el hotel y tienen derecho a un camastro, llega un punto que faltan camastros en mi caso fue en fin de semana.

Las almohadas son grandes y súper duras. El colchón ya están vencidos y se hunden. El servicio muy bien y felicito al staff por sus buenas atenciones

Hotel muito bom e bem localizado, ao lado de tudo. Atendimento muito bom, destaque a ULYSSES. O quarto é bom, mas a cama de casal é pequena, pelo valor do hotel deveria ser uma queen.

Está muy bonita y tranquila pura agusticidad!!

Our stay at Ahau was absolute perfection. Every member of the staff from the check in desk to the beach waitstaff and housekeeping were incredible. We toured several other hotels and none had the combination of rooms, central location and beach access including a pool that Ahau did. I recommend staying on a top floor if you are in a bungalow to enjoy the thatched roof ceiling. The passion fruit margarita is the best in Tulum and the best restaurants are a short walk away. We will def be back. ❤️

Property itself is beautiful and is in a real good location. Staff, Food and Service is avarage.

Great location and a beautiful beach view. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

It was amazing, beautiful room and right on the beach. The only issue was that the shower did not have hot water, and we had no idea it would be outside, which I guess I didn't mind as much as the fact that it was cold water. Other than that, loved my stay and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
