Nos gusto mucho, viajamos en familia y todo excelente, buen trato por parte de la recepción, nos dieron recomendaciones de donde comer y qué playas visitar, referente al cuarto muy limpio y cómodo, ideal para sólo llegar a descansar.

El hotel es muy bonito y las instalaciones de primer nivel. Tuvimos un par de inconvenientes básicos de limpieza las primeras dos noches pero la estancia es ampliamente recomendable

Fue un placer estar en este hotel, fui en plan familiar y disfruté la comodidad, la tranquilidad, la comida, la seguridad, gran opción para disfrutar Tulum a un excelente costo, en verdad que viví una experiencia nueva y mi familia lo disfruto más que yo! Mil veces recomendable!

This new, quiet, comfortable and beautiful hotel is near nothing!
We took a $30 cab to get there near dinner time and their restaurant was closed with nothing to eat except breath mints :( Nothing walking distance, not even a little market. No breakfast available the next day. So eat before you go and bring cream for your coffee!!!
The hotel manager was exceptionally kind and helpful but it did not make up for the lack of services.

Everything was great. My only problem was that my room smelled weird for the two days I was there. Also the shower water tasted like sea water.

We were very happy with our stay here at Irie! It was myself my husband and kids ages 10 and 13. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Cecelia and Xiemena were super nice and informative they helped us book Xel-Há and atv’s to rent.
