科蘇梅島Lumina at LOSANTOS 圖蘭飯店(Lumina at Losantos Tulum)

El departamento superó nuestros expectativas ampliamente. Excelente! Como crítica constructiva, creo deberían aclarar más explícitamente que el condominio aún se encuentra mayormente en construcción, para evitar malos entendidos y en consecuencia mala calificaciones. Otra podría ser que brinden mayor información sobre el condominio y las amenidades que incluye. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Les appartements sont magnifiques! Par contre quelques points négatifs: la douche est une catastrophe, presque pas de débit et vous avez le choix entre très chaud et très froid (pas de juste milieu!). Aussi les appartements sont très mal isolés. Malheureusement pendant notre séjour nous étions entourés de touristes extrêmement irrespectueux qui hurlaient dans les couloirs au petit matin en rentrant de soirée et cela nous réveillait chaque nuit... dommage car le complexe d'appartements est très beau et la piscine est super.

El lugar es muy agradable y la alberca increíble.

Beautiful condo, nice and clean. The washer/dryer was a plus! The other buildings are still under construction, however, it did not interfere with our stay. Definitely recommend.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and it was perfect. Plenty of room, beautiful grounds and pool! Would def stay again!

Security was lacking- one guard was asleep so I just let myself in. Another time they had to call the guard to the desk to allow entrance.

We stayed in a three bedroom villa. Everything was perfect with the exception of the AC in the upstairs room and one of the rooms downstairs. Climate was muggy so it made for uncomfortable sleeping. I would suggest extra fans. We were out and about most days and could not sit and wait for anyone to come fix it. Had we had some fans around, it would have made the stay absolutely perfect. I would still give this property five stars. It’s beautiful inside and out.

Beautiful spot and in pristine condition

Great villa for family. Fantastic design and very relaxing. Few minor issues which were rectified by owner quickly. Pool was amazing. Still very new area so it’s quiet and being developed. A car is very handy in and around Tulum as it’s so spread out with lots to see and do but taxis are available. Lots of quirky cafes, food was better in the area near villa than the main *****.
