Best Western Tunica Resort

需要明確的是，我的評論一般不反對 Best Western，衹是這個位置。也許我期望更多，因為就在 2 個月前，我們使用了另一個超出我們希望的位置。然而，在辦理入住手續時，店員和我一起走過的唯一一件事就是禁止攜帶寵物政策。我從來沒有被告知早餐是否可以在更短的時間內或在哪裡可以找到早餐區。我幾乎不需要在房間裏使用熨斗，但是當它甚至無法打開時，這種情況很少發生。總的來説，房間很乾凈，但我發現當我去淋浴時，必須以前使用過免費洗髮水。它的重量比護髮素輕得多，我幾乎無法從中取出一角硬幣大小。

Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans cet hôtel et heureusement. Hormis l'accueil du réceptionniste qui était très sympathique, le reste était déplorable. Chambre a la limite de la propreté, draps déchirés avec des taches. Petit déjeuner quasiment absent alors que nous l'avions payé : pas de thé, du pain de mie mauvais, pas de fruit. Et pour les gaufres, il a fallu demander car c'était au compte goutte. Cet hôtel a vraiment besoin d'être rénové. Il y avait bien une piscine, mais sans eau: dommage. Il est a quelquesinutes des ******s. Par contre nous avons dîné dans un restaurant très sympa juste à côté : typique et service très agréable, bons plats: le Hollywood café. Le plus mauvais hôtel que nous ayons eu aux Etats Unis. Je déconseille vivement.

It was excellent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

ROACHES! Stay away from this place. The cleanliness of this establishment is awful. Had to be moved several times because of the lack of clean rooms and roaches. Ill never use this place again!

The first room smelled like mildew and the carpet and bugs were unbearable. I was moved to another room which the tub had not been cleaned. The hair in the drain was very noticeable. I had to clean the and free the drain of hair to keep from standing in someone else's filth in order to shower. The cleaning staff came into my room unannounced and cleared the room of all towels and did not supply clean towels. I had to go purchase towels since the clerk on staff did not have the authority or ability to supply me replace the towels in the room. This was my worst stay as I have stayed in in the hotel previously. The standards are poor and need to go back to Best Western Standards.

I did not like the fact that they did not come in and clean your room. Hot food was not hot they do not refresh the food. The milk set out the whole time till 9:00.

The only thing that bothered me was my room (118) was missing a hair dryer and the metal towel shelf was badly bent. These items need to be fixed.

Pool was unusable, nothing but green algae. "Full breakfast" was not so full. Only thing more than a continental breakfast was biscuits and gravy yet the site shows that plus eggs and sausage and bacon, which was one of the big reasons I chose this place. Complete misrepresentation of this property. Would not recommend.
