萊克里歐套房飯店(Le Corail Suites Hotel)

We chided this hotel because it was in the lac and it was near the place where we wanted.

All is great and it was comfortable stay.

Was not the first time to stay in this hotel. Very clean and located in the heart of Lac where it is close by good restaurants and Tunisia mall for shopping and so. The staff hospitality was excellent, however, when I reached out to the receptionists for some requests it took ages to do them, though that each single time, they would answer and tell this will be done/fixed immediately, it takes long and required s couple of reminders. This was mot what I experienced with Le corail in the past

Made an immediate check-in, I was gonna stay for 4 hours while waiting for my connecting flight. Upon arrival hotel claimed that the booking is not available until tomorrow. I had to pay for the room again. Then the receptionist booked the room under my wife’s name after I told him I was going to ask for a refund. I found that out when asked about my bill, so they put it under my name after the discovery. Thanks to ******* the refund was processed successfully, but it’s an terrible experience specially when tired and wanting to stay only for couple of hours. The staff clearly were upset when told them that I don’t need help with my bag! And started mumbling! I have stayed in 100s of hotel as I am frequent traveler and you should stay away from hotel.

Min vistelse på detta hotell var helt fantastisk! Servicen var oslagbar och personalen var otroligt vänlig. Hotellet i sig var en dröm med elegant inredning och moderna bekvämligheter. Maten var enastående, och personalens uppmärksamhet på detaljer gjorde mig verkligen känna mig som en speciell gäst. Jag ser fram emot att återvända och njuta av denna underbara upplevelse igen!

the stuff at the front desk are not well trained when you talk to them you feel like they are nervous and they dont know what they doing alredy messed up my chekin couple times the place is very expensive comparing what they offer breakfat at the hotel is not recomanded they use left over food from previos days also food selections is very limited i will not go back again to this hotel they need to improve their service customers paying top dollars for the stay but not getting anything in return best luck

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel , le personnel est adorable , l’hôtel est propre est la literie est juste parfaite . Je recommande à 100%
