worst hotel ever please dont waste your money staff is very rude GM is ultra pro max rude and especially Vikram please people I would suggest you to spend some more money and book some hotel that provides good service no one here listens to you and totally waste of time and money

Excellent service and amazing food, this has been our favourite place for dine out here and staff is very very friendly cooperative, Mr.Kedar singh ***ager incharge will never missed to meet you when you guys are there Really thank everyone for best of food and service Mr. Sunil kumar is star in the hotel never says no & has always ready to help truly a yes I can attitude.

This is the best hotel in udaipur lake city and food are also delicious staff are also superb my senior are saying when we are eating dinner then breakfast and lunch and they all come with me they are also saying same looking room and cleaning are also superb

Hospitality is good. Staff is co operative. Food quality is poor in buffet menu. Even they keep non veg items in dinner without green or red symbol. I chosen with dinner stay but food was really terrible I can't able to eat anything. So you can stay there without food.

Treats International Guests preferentially. Does not treat Indian Guests well. International guests indulging in activities like smoking in front of children in non smoking areas and hotel staff not correcting them but asking Indian guests to move away to some other place. Indian guests please plan accordingly.

They were so good with service and staff is also very nice. Kailash nagda and team also did very good work. Chhagan Singh chundawat gsa was really helpful. I will recommend everyone to visit once.

Had been there with family. Overall experience was nice. Food is good though a bit expensive. Rooms were clean and service was good as well. Swimming pool with separate mini pool for children made a day for small child.

Good hotel to stay in new udaipur city . Smooth check in and check out. And given good room service. Well maintained rooms and overall public areas. Breakfast spred was small. But overall experience is fabulous.. Good house keeping service overall staff behaviour is fabulous. Must visit.
