Depuis Varanasi, suite à avions supprimés pendant plusieurs jours d’affilée à cause de conditions météo exécrables dans le nord de l’Inde, nous n’avons pu honorer notre réservation. Le personnel de l’hotel Red Pier à Udaipur s’est simplement réfugié derrière sa réglementation interne pour refuser tout arrangement, allant jusqu’à être incorrect au téléphone malgré nos nombreuses tentatives de discussion. It was our first ever visit to Udaipur and we had wonderful experience. Comfortable rooms ***** with small swimming pool. Vinod the Duty ***ager was really helpful who guided us to visit the famous destination and how to reach in terms of transportation.

Fantastic stay! I have never seen a more helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and the view of the pool was picturesque. I fell in love with it. Right next to Jagdish Temple, Gangour Ghat, Bagore ki Haveli and the ideal touristy streets !

Very good experience. Pleasant environment and upto the mark service. Rooms are well maintained as well. View of the roof top restaurant is lovely! Food menu offers variety. Breakfast at OTC by Lal Ghat was also very good. The location of the hotel is perfect to visit all the nearby tourist attractions.

Great ambience. Neat and clean rooms especially washrooms.. staff is vry friend and co operative... mustly recommended... the main part is its in old city.. thats the best part. Evry place u wanna visit is near old city.. plus the prices they are too affordable ..

The room was neat and well maintained. The staff were really helpful. The ***ager Vinod, helped us a lot with suggestions of places to visit The food in the cafe was a bit on the pricy end Really enjoyed our time in this hotel Hoping to visit the place again when I come to Udaipur

Very welcoming and warm experience. The location is brilliant of the hotel to explore areas around pichola lake by walk. Nice and clean rooms, beautiful pool in the hotel and courteous staff. Udaipur is a perfect getaway from the city life and made affordable by red pier.

Best location as walking distance to gangaur ghat, City palace, best rooms, best facilities l, a very friendly staff. Mr. He***t helped us a lot. It was our first time visiting Rajasthan and Red Pier is at the top of the list of hotels, amazing experience 🤍 definitely staying here the next time we visit and would recommend it to all 10/10 .

Excellent experience overall. The hotel staffs were very gentle and polite. Room was luxury looking. The toilet looked good but the water system could have been better. Proximity to prime location was an added advantage. Strongly recommend to future tourists
