This is a tough one, I'd give the property and activities a 5, the service a 5, and the building, food, and rooms a 3. The property is stunning, beautiful in every direction. There's surprisingly extensive hiking on the property, you really don't need to leave - great things to see. Loved the smores fire pit, my family loved the zipline, tennis, and pools. The building needs an update, the dining room is spacious and comfortable. The food isn't fantastic but it's not terrible, it's sort of adequate. For some reason the coffee is amazing. The rooms are the weakness. They're clean, well maintained, could use a little update, and a decent size, with stunning views. None of the doors (external to hall or internal to bathroom) go all the way to the floor, and the walls and ceilings are very thin. So everyone hears everything that happens everywhere - make sure your phone has a white noise app. I'd put the room experience below a good Holiday Inn but above a shady motel. All the staff was super friendly and helpful and helped make it a great experience.
