I always like this hotel. It’s quiet and normally one of the better priced per night.Always friendly and welcoming

This hotel looks nice on the outside, but it’s not on the inside. There were all kinds of shady looking people just hanging around the property. Maybe New York doesn’t have a 25’ rule about smoking. People were constant smoking right in front of the door. The hallways stunk like cigarettes and ****. We were unlucky enough to have a room right next to the stairs and it was very loud when people are on the stairs, the back door slams shut. People in and out all day and night to smoke made it hard to sleep.

We have stayed here many times. The place is OK but it could use an updating some time in the future.

This was rated a 8 on ******* which is crazy .it is a transient hotel . Weird people all around , yelling at us when we pulled in . Could not park in the back by our room was unsafe . Reported the behavior to the desk no concern from them at all . I was not sure my car eas going to be there when I got out . when we came back it was to late to go to another spot

The toilet paper is cheap, like one ply, and you use more so there doesn't seem to be a savings there. The choice of TV stations is poor. Photos showed a table in the room but there wasn't one. Same hot food every day for breakfast. I would stay again only because it is close and affordable to where I need to be.

Nice breakfast. Quiet. Restaurants nearby. Easy to find. Nice rooms. Friendly staff.

There was a baby cockroach on my plastic disposable water cup in the middle of the night, otherwise great stay!

The hallways have an atrocious smell!the hallway carpets are so dirty and outdated! There were babies crying in the hallways after 9 pm! After that we had to quiet teenagers down until after 11 twice! No help from management and breakfast was horrible!

Could be better breakfast choices especially with the eggs. Possibly some home fried potatoes.
