烏沙卡莊園旅館(UShaka Manor Guest House)

Beautiful place, it is very quiet and peaceful. I loved the sea view😍. The room is very clean and spacious, very friendly staff, always there to help. Breakfast was very delicious, many options to choose from, this guest house is close to many restaurants and party places, this is a huge bonus, very convenient, I highly recommend. Whether you want a peaceful stay of you want to be out and about, this is definitely the right place to book😉❤️

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Ocean Blick gebucht und bekamen ein ganz kleines Zimmer im EG. Als wir dies bei unserer Ankunft, Samstag, gleich reklamierten, wurde uns gesagt, da könne man leider nichts tun, der Manager ist erst Montag wieder da und man wäre ausgebucht. Das war gelogen. Unser eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer war eindeutig im extra Gebäude gegenüber. Konnten wir anhand der Fotos im Internet eindeutig erkennen. Nachts war es sehr laut, aufgrund anderer Gäste, dafür kann das House natürlich nichts. Das Personal ist recht freundlich, aber der Service, auch beim Frühstück, nicht gut. Wir sind froh, jetzt wieder weiterreisen zu können.

Zuerst das Positive: freundliches Personal und die die Unterkunft ist sauber. Nun zum Negativen: Wir hatten eine Executive Suite mit Meerblick gebucht, bekommen haben wir ein winziges Zimmer im Basement, in dem nicht einmal Platz für unsere Koffer war. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns das Hotel wäre ausgebucht . Kann ja sein, aber was hat das mit meiner Zimmerbuchung zu tun ?? Meine Vermutung: zur gleichen Zeit war eine große Gruppe des African Native Congress im Hotel und wohnten zufällig in dem Gebäude, in dem die Suiten waren. Ein Schelm wäre Böses dabei denkt. Für mich ein absolutes no Go so mit Gösten umzugehen . Daher meine negative Bewertung und Null Weiterempfehlung .

Very conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. However we were not given the WiFi password, there was no bathroom matt in the Lion room and had to use towels. And the most disappointing in the room was the fact that the jacuzzi bath did not have jets in working order!

My mom and I had a lovely stay at uShaka Manor. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and malls. The room was great and clean and the bathroom very spacious. We also enjoyed the use of the balcony. Pro-tip: keep the door to the balcony closed when not in the room because the area has monkeys and they love a snack from the honesty box! The highlight was the staff. They were absolutely fantastic; very friendly and super helpful.

We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the comfortable accommodation with beautiful sea view. Great location with walking distance to Umhlanga Rocks restaurants. Staff friendly and very helpful. I can highly recommend the property.
