馬丘比丘金色日出飯店(Golden Sunrise Machupicchu)

I put the do not disturb sign on the door. At about 9am the maid walked in while I was not wearing pants. I went to the front desk to tell them. They said sorry and shrugged. I told them it is not OK that a maid goes into a room with a do not disturb sign on the door. I then went out for only 1 hour with the sign still on the door. When I came back, the maid had been in my room AGAIN!! Again I went to the front desk to tell them and they could not give me an answer as to why the maid went into my room for a 2nd time with the do not disturb sign still on the door. I felt violated and unsafe. Do not stay here if you want any kind of privacy in your room, the maid will just let herself in while you are naked and no one will care or do anything about it

La atención brindada por Sr. Milton ha sido excepcional. Su amabilidad y disposición ha hecho superar las expectativas del servicio al cliente. Siempre nos mostró una actitud positiva, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas y asegurándonos una estancia placentera. Nice location, busy area. We took the train in from Machu Picchu and had to walk a bit to get there. Staff were very nice, okay breakfast, clean rooms. There are a couple of laundry services near by. A little noisy at night but that’s to be expected in the city

Good option to stay in Águas Calientes. It is located a little bit far from the main center, but in a very short walk (about 5 minutes) you reach the artisan market, train station and restaurants. The hotel itself is nice. The staff is friendly. The room is big, clean and confortable. The breakfast is ok, but could be improved.

No, it is not The Park Hyatt, but remember, you are in the mountains of Peru, readying for a trek, not shopping on Fifth Avenue. The hotel is clean, safe, quiet conveniently located to restaurants, the train station, shpos and bars...the beds are comfortable, the shower and wifi work fine, breakfast was more than adequate. The chap running th property was super friendly and helpful, going out of his way to look after us. Even after checking out and returning inn the afternoon we were welcomed with tea and a dry place to shelter. We'd come back here simply due the kindnesss we were afforded.

Hotel ótimo!! Café da manhã buffet, com muita variedade: frutas, ovos, salsicha, iogurtes, pães e etc. Cama confortável! Banheiro limpo e chuveiro excelente. Localização é ótima! Perto da estação de trem.

Lo mejor la atención de Milton y toda la gente que trabaja ahí. Las habitaciones limpias y super cómodas. Exelente colchón y almohadas. La ubicación muy buena si preferis no estar en el ruido de la ciudad. El desayuno muy rico.

El Hotel sin duda alguna es el mejor en Aguas Calientes, las habitaciones son bastante amplias, limpias y acogedoras. Lo mejor del hotel es el servicio, Moisés es muy amable, te brinda información y muy buenas recomendaciones. ¡Espero volver pronto!

Basic amenities in the room were missing such as facial tissues, glasses, coffee maker, and cups. The safe and refrigerator did not work.
