ZIES精品飯店(Boutique Hotel ZIES)

このホテルに泊まるために、またユトレヒトを訪れたいなと思うほど、素敵なホテルでした。 ユトレヒト中央駅からは徒歩で15分ほどの距離ですが、街自体が歩きやすいので、個人的にはあまりその点は気になりませんでした。（ユトレヒトの観光スポットも徒歩圏内です） お部屋はメゾネット式のような形で、深めのバスタブがありました。インテリアやアメニティにもホテルのこだわりを感じられました。 フレッシュフルーツが用意されていたり、朝ごはんもシンプルですが、とても美味しかったです。 そして、何よりもホテルのスタッフさんもとても親切でした。 また、ユトレヒトを訪れた際は、是非ZIESに泊まりたいなと思っています。

A truly unique space. With a wine bar on the basement, all hotel rooms are wine themed, with great attention to detail. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Comes with a huge modern bathroom and an amazing balcony. The check-in experience was great, too, since the staff went out of their way to explain everything and make me feel at home. Would certainly come back for another stay.

Das Team ist durch und durch sympathisch, freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sehr liebevoll gestaltet, mit Sinn zum Detail. Man vermisst wirklich nichts! Kommen bestimmt wieder und dann mit Essen in der schönen Weinbar!

Boutique Hotel situato in centro città in una posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico e vicino ai canali. Lo staff è molto gentile e le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Unica pecca, in camera era un po' freddo... Non servono la colazione ma offrono uno sconto da utilizzare in un caffè vicino. Ci tornerei!

Fantastic little gem of a place to stay. Nice people. Spacious, in a busy section of Utrecht but very quiet as the rooms are in the back secluded. Walking distance to everything. Room perfectly stacked with breakfast, coffee and all amenities.

A fabulous small boutique hotel. There are lots of lovely features in this refurbished old building and the attention to detail is outstanding. It's only a 5 minute walk to the hotel from Tram stop Vaartsche Rijn, one stop from Utrecht Central Station. Twijnstraat is full of independent shops and restaurants and it's a lovely walk into the city centre along the canal. The bedroom was very comfortable with lots of lovely additional free extras such as a Nespresso coffee machine. Highly recommended.

The property was really nice and the location great. Very close to the city center, but the area had a more neighborhood feel. Plenty of cafes/restaurants within 100 meters (including inside the hotel itself).

Very nice hotelroom, would definitely recommend!! Just our style and bathroom was specially beautiful and clean. Perfect service, nice and helpful. Will come again!

We stayed three nights at this hotel and I would not stay here again. We came during hotter temperatures and I chose this hotel because it said it had ac. The ac was terrible! The room never got below 77 degrees until the city cooled off at midnight and you could open the doors, and then the noise kept us up past 3 am. The first night I sought help from seemingly the only employee for both the restaurant and the hotel, who spent about an hour trying to “reset” the ac but it never worked. I slept terribly all three nights. The doors to the bathroom are see through so there is no privacy when using the toilet or showering. The “balcony” was tiny and overlooked other buildings and had no view (just blazing hot sun). Even the bedside nightstand was about 8 inches in diameter and held basically nothing. Location was good. Staff, which was sp**** and largely unavailable, was very nice.
