The only comment would be that the parking lot was slippery for me. The staff were helpful, the room clean and comfortable, I thought the coffee machine wasn't working but realize now that i needed to leave it on for a while first.

When I did an internet search I put in pet friendly and motel 8 came up in Valemount, BC in the search. I booked the room and when I checked in they informed me that they were not pet friendly and I had to cancel the booking. I was charged 148.00 but only received 90.00 back. I am not impressed at all.

The room was comfortable and pretty spacious. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful and very nice in sharing about breakfast. She also changed our room so we could be on the bottom floor as my mother can't walk far. She was amazing in understanding. Totally recommend here.

The room was very clean and large for a king bed. The pipes at night in the room kept banging which was hard to get to sleep. Had to use ear plugs because it wasn't a continuous sound. Hopefully it was in only in that room 110.
