名作飯店(Opus Hotel Vancouver)

カナダラインの駅の目の前にあり、バンクーバー国際空港からのアクセスは非常に良好。スタッフの対応、設備も良く、掃除も行き届いていました。宿泊した部屋のシャワーはオーバーヘッドのみでしたが、湯量も十分で問題ありませんでした。次回バンクーバーを訪れた時は、また利用したいと思いました。

What a wonderful hotel. Although lean on "grandeur", the hotel was a compact jewel in the heart of the city. Directly across the street from the train station to downtown and the airport, the city is also nestled amongst the heart of the restaurant district, with all the variety that Vancouver's dining scene offers. The room was cleaned frequently and service was excellent. No uber was more than 2 minutes away. In all, it offered everything and more we were looking for.

We had a nice 8 day stay. The room is comfortable but a bit small with a king size bed. Bed is very comfortable and plush. Staff is super friendly and eager to help. Location is outstanding with a heavy concentration of restaurants and a SkyTrain station across the street. Electric bikes were available and a wonderful amenity. Rooms also have a Nespresso machine and refrigerator. Great overall hotel.

We had a lovely 3-night stay at the OPUS Vancouver, where we were greeted and treated like old friends by Brandon, the concierge. Our room was nicely appointed, offering turndown service and supplying mints, water and aromatherapy oils to facilitate a good night's sleep. We borrowed two of the hotel's power-assist bikes while there, and enjoyed a ride around Stanley Park and along the Seawall. The heated floors in the bathroom were a plus, especially after biking outside in the rain! There was a bit of noise from the busy street below, but we found that if we closed the doors to the bathroom (which was floor-to-ceiling windows), that greatly helped to reduce the sound level at night.

It's in a great location and right next to the Canada Line stop. The staff is outstanding! My only complaint, which was eventually resolved, is I was not given the breakfast credit even though I confirmed it twice. I finally retrieved the original reservation to prove it. I don't know what happened there.

Super convenient location. Outstanding staff. Eco friendly: every evening at the turndown service, they give you a jar of water with a glass. No plastic bottles! Full breakfast is a La carte, so no buffet which wastes food. Brendon at the front desk goes out of his way to help people. Loved everything about this hotel.

O hotel fica localizado em uma area proxima de varios restaurantes turisticos, barulhento. É longe do waterfront, o melhor lugar para ficar na minha opinião. O quarto era limpo, sem privacidade no banheiro. Cafe da manhã ruim, sem qualidade, sem variedade, bem fraco. Hotel extremamente caro pelo que se oferece. Existem opções de 4 estrelas bem melhores, tipo Fairmont. Não indico.

The hotel is perfectly located close to restaurants and accessible on foot to Vancouver sites such as Granville Island the seawall. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and stocked twice a day with necessities including water.
