Fantastic hotel in the middle of Venice. Modern interior, very nice and quit rosmarin with great service and breakfast. Strongly recommended!

I was in this hotel for four nights, and it was awful. The hotel was set up with rows of rooms on both sides and one awkward room in the middle (likely added later) that shared a wall with the front desk. I requested a quiet room, and they assigned me the awkward center room. The wall was so thin I could even hear the TYPING at the front desk, and I have no doubt that the front desk could hear every single word I said. The hotel contacted me TWICE beforehand to ask me about my arrival time but did not mention that this is the only room they had available. When I got there, I asked them if I could cancel my reservation, and they said no. The bathroom was so small there wasn’t even a shower head, just a hose you had to hold, which made getting shampoo out of my hair difficult. The toiletries were embarrassingly small (I brought packets that had larger contents). I complained about the room, and they said I could pay and get a different one. No thanks. Also, I did NOT agree to have my information shared with third parties for advertising, yet immediately after checking out, I received targeted ads. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place is very discrete and not easy to spot from a distance but the location is perfect for a day of exploring Venice!

Incredible central location, a couple minutes walk to St Mark's and the airport waterbus. The hotel itself is clean, modern and quiet. Everyone was so accommodating and breakfast was delicious!

Staff at the hotel were friendly and daily cleaning of our room was provided when it didn’t need to be. The breakfast food items were very good. My husband and I enjoyed our stay there. We had accessed to all amenities from the hotel.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic.The people were incredibly kind. The room was clean and nice. Highly recommend!
