麥迪遜西萬豪飯店(Madison Marriott West)

Была в этом отеле второй раз , как в прошлый раз все отлично. Даже сохранили мою посылку ,которую я не успела забрать в прошлый раз . Месяц спустя ,очень обрадовали . А то многие отели просто выкидывают Шум фонтана прям класс

First of all when we get there a check in they gave us keys and they didn’t work. So I when down back to front desk to let them know that the keys didn’t work so gave me another set when back up a the keys still didn’t work. While I had my wife my two daughters an my 12 month son waiting whole time in hallway. Besides the fact that we was there for a work event there at the Marriot that started at 4:00pm. And anyway they said they will send up maintenance in a few minutes that took like ten minutes waiting. So than he arrived a try to open door with master key but still door didn’t open. He tell us he had remove battery a put a new one in an he would be back to get tools. Came back in about 5-7 minutes to take whole door apart an put new battery in so finally to finished took around 10-15 minutes. So we was waiting for about 40 minutes. So finally me an my wife get dress to go to our work event. So we are there an my daughters call a said they pulled out the couch bed an it was dirty a full of crumbs everywhere. The was decussed an didn’t want to be there. So I called down to front desk an let them know what happen so said we can either call house cleaning or change rooms. So my daughters decided they wanted to change room. So at about 9pm we had to pack our things up an take to another room. So it was the same kind of room but seemed smaller. The new room didn’t have no sheets an blanket for couch bed so they finally brought them up. This is all with a 12 month old child.

This property looks good at first, but they get a ton of little things wrong. The airport shuttle isn’t running any longer. The restaurant they advertise on tv is closed. The toilet seat was broken. The toilet was dirty and ran constantly. The pantry was poorly stocked. The pillows were awful. The nice staff was the only saving grace.

I was specifically looking for a hotel with a hot tub so was very disappointed to find out there was not actually a hot tub at the property. The CheapTickets listing did list that the property had a hot tub.

Front desk employees rude and unprofessional. We asked for extra blankets and the guy for 3rd shift was extremely rude about it, and repeated he had no one available to bring it so if we want it we have to come and get it. That we had no issue getting but his attitude was not acceptable. We also asked for forks and were told they had none, went back 30 minutes later asked a different employee and tada they had forks. No employees checking on people in pool, there were young children who did nothing but splash in pool, jump over us, and continued to open an outside door which made the entire room cold. Very unhappy with the stay not sure i will stay again. Certainly was not a relaxing time like we were looking for.

You will be charged $10 to park even if you Uber there. This is Madison WI, not Manhattan. It’s like paying to park at Culver’s. There was a fish hook embedded in my shoe after walking to my room.

The brand Marriott brings to mind an extra level . This property had a small rooms.. small pool.... not even a morning complimentary coffee ... no shuttle to the airport

Soooo far from downtown Madison. Lots of cigarettes on ground. Broken elevator. Sketchy guests.

The staff was accommodating and friendly but the services and amenities were sub par for the price.
