We stayed here four nights for my daughter’s graduation. In the mornings, I was able to hike and birdwatch in the neighboring park. The hotel was clean with exceptionally nice and helpful staff. Breakfast options were great. They even provided a free shuttle to Camp Randall, which was so helpful! You will need a rental to get around Madison otherwise, as this location is a 9-10 min drive (traffic included) to downtown Madison. Would totally recommend this place to anyone staying for college visit, graduation, or anything else in Madison.

5 night solo senior woman stay- I felt comfortable, safe and supported. Friendly staff. Clean. I slept well. Convenient to Alliant Energy events. 2 Hotel shuttles. Highly recommended.

Very clean, nice hotel. Breakfast was very good. No Bacon though:( Pool is nice. No whirlpool. There are jets in the pool that you can turn on. Water is kept at 82 degrees I was told. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that I booked a handicapped room that was supposed to have a walk in shower and that is not what I got. It was handicapped, with the bars, but in order to get in the shower my mother in law had to step over the tub sides which is not easy for her.

I have stayed here at least half a dozen times. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms, decent hot breakfast, a pool and exercise room, and a shuttle to and from downtown. There is no hot tub, but the pool is at a warmer temperature and has a built in seat and message jets. The towels are soft. This time we got a room by the elevator and I was worried that it might be noisy, but it was not at all. They now provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in pumps that stay in the room rather than travel size containers and bars of soap. I wish I would have brought face wash, but otherwise, this seems like a good ecological move. The staff was wonderful as usual.

Very nice place!!! Staff was very attentive. The breakfast was very good. The inviting lounge area has a fireplace and lots of seating. Not noisy. Stayed two days for an Alliant Energy Center event and used the hotel pick up service.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with any and all needs! They shuttled us to and from anywhere we asked within reason. I have never had a hotel so generous with the shuttle! We made a few new friends and sat and had a few drinks with them in the lobby. The staff never complained, in fact the even joined in on some of the laughs with us. We called down late at night for to go containers for food we had delivered and they had no problem getting them to us! 10/10 rating from my group of people. Very clean. Staff was extremely nice. I loved everything about this hotel. Thank You for the wonderful stay at an affordable rate!

Our stay was amazing. We were there for a dance and cheer competition at the Alliant Energy Center. The location was within walking distance. However, the hotel does offer shuttle to the venue. I wish I could remember both the check-out and check-in ladies because their customer service was topnotch! If this helps, I checked-in around 2:50P on 11/12 and checked-out around 12:45P on 11/13. The free breakfast was good too. Plenty of options, hot and cold. The hotel is well-kept AND clean! My daughter even commented on how clean it smelled. I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone at the check in desk was very friendly. the check in was very quick probably less than 5 minutes. It was the best customer service I've seen in a long time. It wasn't just one person it was everyone we had contact with. The breakfast was awesome!
