維羅納鄰近朱麗葉故居的飯店

Ancient hotel where the A/C barely functions. They seem to take pride that they are from the 80s. Might as well say they are from the 19th century. No A/C, camp style cots. Not worth saying a lot more.

We loved Verona, and the Hotel Italia was a great place to stay. A quick walk into the centre and even shorter walk to the Funicular for a wonderful view over the city. Would recommend the hotel, friendly staff and clean and airy room. Lovely breakfast.

我只預訂了x1 晚上x,因爲我想象到它是“跑”酒店,在第二天晚上尋找更好的x,而我們又重新了我和丈夫。剛接到房間,我們立刻決定立即預訂下一晚,並以半退休X,因爲這家酒店真的是很好的協X來訪問維羅納。優質/價格優美。我們大房間遠遠超過預期,有清的室,還有寬的室。有充足的自助早餐,每次他們都從房間裏的女孩子上來,都能快地供應。吃的簡單但非常味的菜,我們非常高興看到維羅納的訪問勞和非常專業和禮的服務員。客廳的工作人員溫,非常準備的X給Verona中心訪問及其博物館的相關信息。最後,能在酒店前方隨時常常用的手段走到中心15分鐘的舒適性和直接在酒店購買機票的可能性都很重要。唯一缺陷就是房間的不聲音,我從鄰居房間的寶寶的中夜間醒來。

Amazing hotel with incredible Art collection. Staff were courteous and welcoming at all times. Special mention goes to Christina. She greeted us warmly, with a smile every morning. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms are definitely different than we have ever experienced, each is decorated differently, with colour and art. Highly recommend a visit. The hotel has shuttles to Verona every hour. Very easy to visit downtown and return to the hotel.

+sehr nette Mitarbeiter +große Auswahl beim Frühstück und sehr lecker +Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und ausreichend groß, es gab einen Tisch mit Stuhl, sowie einen Schrank und Safe +die Klimaanlage war bei der sommerlichen Hitze äußerst nützlich +auf der anderen Straßenseite ist direkt die Bushaltestelle, um ins Stadtzentrum zu fahren +5 Gehminuten zum Supermarkt, falls erwünscht +liegt an einer Straße die zum Gardasee führt, sodass man dorthin (sogar mit dem Bus) einen Tagesausflug machen kann

真的很喜歡我們在Indigo酒店的住宿。在維羅納的絕佳位置,從火車站步行即可到達火車站,在另一個方向,步行即可輕鬆到達大門和歷史街區,有很多吃飯和購物的選擇。前台工作人員非常愉快和樂於助人,提供建議和方向。房間乾淨舒適,也許有點緊張,其他人提到淋浴真的很小。幾個上午的水壓是個問題。自助早餐非常好,有很多選擇我們幾乎不需要午餐!大堂酒吧提供玻璃杯葡萄酒,我們喜歡嘗試當地葡萄酒,當然,在觀光一天後,還有香或阿培羅·斯普里茨!我想認識詹姆斯,無論是在早餐室還是酒吧服務,他迷人的個性和幫助使我們的訪問更加特別!!我們在這裏慶祝了幾個生日,詹姆斯創造了美味和美麗的開胃菜,陪我們一起去了 Prosecco !!

After being recommended to stay at this “hotel” for a course we were doing, it was a nightmare from day one. We were in a 4 bed apartment and hot water wouldn’t work for more than 15 minutes so that meant some of us were having cold showers everyday. Especially when they’d fix it at night but it was freezing again by the morning and we didn’t have time to get them to sort it as this took around an hour of our time. Despite telling them EVERYDAY that our hot water wasn’t working and the boiling was broke, it took them 6 days into our 10 night stay to do something. Everytime we would plead them to fix it or move us apartments, they lied and told us that the hotel was fully booked and would just tell us to turn the boiler on and off. The hob in our apartment barely worked, everything was dirty and smelt like a nursing home, no washing machine, mouldy dirty showers and limescale on the shower head so thick that it wouldn’t even work properly. The microwave sparked at the plug and needed to be changed, the bedsheets smelt dirty and the shutters kept jamming. On day 6 they moved us to a smaller apartment, despite paying for more and didn’t apologise or offer any compensation. When we arrived, the showers still weren’t in the best condition and the kitchen was barely supplied with any utensils to cook and then the balcony door jammed shut. When we called reception, he said they couldn’t do anything for a couple of hours despite us having washing our there and wanting to use the balcony to enjoy the sun. He then barged in 10 minutes later, not saying anything and pulling at the doors then proceeded to climb through the window to get to the balcony. We’ve constantly had to change our plans to wait whilst the staff at the hotel messed with the broken things and not know how to fix it. There was no proper engineering staff and we didn’t see any cleaners working whilst we were here. The one time our apartment was cleaned, they didn’t leave any toilet roll and left one of the rooms completely uncleaned. The staff haven’t apologised once for any of these issues, if anything they make you feel like an annoyance when they should just get their hotel sorted. It’s dirty, it’s old and it’s been a nightmare. It also looks NOTHING like the photos. It’s overpriced and promising an experience that doesn’t exist. Save your money, the hostel would probably be nicer.
