Nice place to stay for good price

From the time we walked in the smell was musty and l was concerned. I turned the air down thinking that would take care of the smell…..no, did not help. I unloaded our cold things and found an old nasty sandwich in refrigerator. I turned this in to front desk. There was a line down the center of the TV, but that was the least of my issues. Getting ready for bed my husband found a small roach in bathroom. I picked up the clock on bedside table and found roach pieces . I had to clean this up before l slept next to the area. My husband tried to shower but water was barely dripping out, also handle of shower faucet was loose and afraid it might fall off. This doesn’t even include the fact the physical condition of the room was in very poor shape. The carpet was torn and wrinkled, tile was broken, and wall was chopped. Needless to say the next morning we asked for a different room. The desk attendant was VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING ! She apologized over and over and said she would refund our money for our issues listed above. Lesson Learned- if motel says this is the last room, DO NOT TAKE THAT ROOM !

Hot in the reception area. Personnel said they could not access the thermostat. When elevators opened on 2nd floor, strong mold smell. Ice machine to the right of elevator, apparently leaked at some point. Extremely musty smell in rooms. We asked to change and they did. We got 1st floor and room was musty there also. Had a humidifier by ac and the full light was on. I emptied over a gallon of water out of it. Really thought we would be sick after staying there!

There was mold on the walls and in places around the tub in the bathroom, mold on the sheer curtains above the a/c unit. Unfinished Sheetrock and repainting that needs to be done in the restroom. The light fixture in the shower did not work, and the shower had absolutely no pressure, I could not wash my hair b/c there was not enough water pressure to rinse my hair out. The carpet in the room needs to be replaced. It was gross. The carts provided to take your luggage/bags from your car to your room were all missing the rod across the top to hang your clothes. Frustrating.

The bed sheets was moist. Nice floors in the room but the hall had thick brown carpet. The bathroom had tissue in the light cover. The tub drain was very rusty. The chair was very dirty & so was the curtains. Would never return

I would say this hotel needs a major update to room and bathroom. The carpet had holes in it and was coming off of the wall. There was random paint areas on bath tub and wall. The lamps were dirty. I would not want to stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

The room was in poor shape: torn and dirty carpet, bathtub cracked, pillows musky, baseboard ripped off wall, walls and ceiling stained. Would not stay there again.
