I had a week long business trip in Victoria Tx, I had just come from staying at the George West Holiday Express and the ladies at the front desk were awesome so I booked my 5 day stay in Victoria. As soon as I hung up the phone I realized that I had booked the wrong dates and immediately phoned back and changed the dates, the lady I dealt with on the phone couldn't have been any nicer, she said no problem and canceled the original dates and booked the correct dates. Now, when I went to check in at the Victoria Holiday Inn, I was told that they didn't have any reservation for me until the following week, which was the original booking, the lady that I dealt with was very rude and didn't make any effort to accommodate me, she didn't say she was sorry and truly acted as though she could care less. After I had checked in at the Hilton next door I went back to the Holiday Inn to make sure that they had canceled any reservations that I might have with them, I dealt with a different lady who if anything was more rude than the first one, I can assure you that I will never book another room with these folks

如果你住在酒店,你期望酒店每天在你的房間裏爲你提供毛巾,每天拿出垃圾。相反,我們不得不每天要求我們的毛巾,並把毛巾帶回我們的房間,因爲新冠???此外,女傭沒有因爲新冠而改變我們的牀單,我們住了4晚!如果新冠是個問題,爲什麼沒有戴口罩,包括這個工作人員????(這家特定酒店的口罩沒有被任何工人佩戴,特別是沒有女傭戴口罩,沒有前台個人,也沒有早餐工作人員!)酒店地板沒有標記社交距離。此外,女傭沒有每天撿垃圾。這很煩人!此外,當我們到達房間時,吹風機不見了(只有一個盤子從吹風機應該安裝在浴室牆上。)我們房間的熨斗也不見了。我們預訂房間時被承諾提供吹風機和熨斗。前台並不擔心這些物品丟失。吹風機和熨斗都是承諾作爲房間的一部分。我們需要這些物品作爲住宿的一部分。當我們提到房間到前台丟失的物品時,他們似乎沒有在意,或者努力修復!如果我們在打掃自己的房間,我們不得不每天使用毛巾,而承諾的設備卻不存在,爲什麼我們(客戶)支付如此高的價格住在這家酒店。所有酒店供應的是一個住宿的地方和一張牀睡覺!!!我們這4天的旅行在殘疾人125盧比的賬單總額是325美元(每晚81.25美元)!!!

酒店位於市區邊上，酒店內的衛生乾淨整潔，符合酒店的常規標準。其地域所處較為安靜。酒店設施建築隔音效果好，室內裝修讓人感到舒適。性價比超高。衹是我入住期間，剛好服務人員手機信號不知何原因接不通，前台無人接待竟然有半個小時之久，讓顧客無端等待，心裏感到十分不適也是以往從來未遇上過的事情。鑒於店工作人員對此事誠懇地道歉表現，我推薦旅友可以考慮入住這家酒店。

The rooms were very clean and roomy. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The location I liked because it made it easy for me to travel to other locations while on business. Only one problem, on the second day they were supposed to set up a hospitality room for our large group. They were late setting up the room. The drinks never showed up. I commend the people working that day because they did what they could to assist. I was told the manager was out of town at this time. The person at the front desk was also working the bar. With the exception of this lack of communication this hotel is excellent. I would highly recommend it.
