白玉蘭及溫泉飯店(The Magnolia Hotel & Spa)

We had a delight-filled stay at Magnolia Hotel which is located in the heart of shopping, entertainment and dining. The room was beautiful and very well equipped- definitely a “cut above” in regards to amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though transportation is not required, we were able to use their complimentary e-bikes which was great to see the surrounding areas. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved the amenities and attention to detail provided to our room. I believe that our room was checked on at least twice a day and was cleaned and tidied up. Comfortable beds. Loved the turn down service, chocolates on pillows and plush robe/slippers. We had hotels in Seattle, Victoria and Vancouver. This was the least expensive hotel but by far the very best one. Not much of a view but we weren’t in our room much anyway. Lots of restaurants just a few steps from hotel. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Victoria.

I booked through a third party- *******. I had a room with a view of a brick wall, we were excluded from breakfast because I booked through a third party, so the breakfast was not included… felt like a second class citizen. Nespresso machine was leaking and the remote for TV not working properly. Staff fixed these issues pretty quick. Overall great hotel but won’t be staying there again. Never stayed at a hotel before that made me feel …. Less than.

This is a very pleasant place to stay. It is convenient for walking the harbour area. Access to many restaurants. A beautiful area of Victoria including the B.C. Museum, the Legislature and picturesque harbour.

Booked last minute. The hotel is clean and well located. Room was very roomy and lots of natural light. Tea and coffee in the lobby as well as a Nespresso in the room
