羅馬大帝城堡飯店(Schlosshotel Romischer Kaiser)

Lovely stay. The hotel was in the most perfect location. Just off a side street to all the main hustle and bustle. Perfect. Beautiful old fashioned decor and nice size room. The room was like a sauna and we couldn’t seem to regulate the temperature so we had to open the window. We were then woken by banging and crashing at 630 which sounded like a delivery arriving. The staff were so pleasant. Breakfast was limited to bread and very small selection of cold buffet choices. You could order something hot but only a choice of eggs cooked in 3 different ways. We did laugh as it took about 25 mins to make an omelette and it was the smallest omelette we have ever seen. The room was nice. The shower was very low pressure but was sufficient. We ordered a taxi to return to the airport, through the reception and it was prompt. It cost 10 euros less than the taxi we took from the airport to the hotel. (52 v 62 euros from airport rank) All in all a lovely stay.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung bis auf kleine Nachlässigkeiten z.B. ein vergessener Putzlappen auf dem Nachtschrank. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse aber in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke (Hofburg, Albertina, Staatstheater). Wer es klassisch mag ist hier genau richtig!

mal servicio. no recogen maletas de la habitación a la salida (Check out), no había aceite de oliva en el desayuno, cambiaron el libro de opiniones del escritorio de registro, mostrando una terrible falta de etica ya que ahi expuse mi queja, misma que desapareció. actitud fatal de los empleados

Pequeño pero encantador, realmente te ayuda a vivir la experiencia de estar en Viena, todo muy bonito , camas cómodas. Me gusto mucho, seguro, limpio lo recomiendo ampliamente.

The 24-hour front desk service was much appreciated. The staff went out of their way to ensure I was helped and answered my questions. The main lobby, lounge and eating area maintained an aesthetically pleasing style that matches the one in the first picture (except it's mainly in red).

We have stayed there before the pandemic. The position is very good, staff are very helpful sand friendly. Very quiete during night. Rooms well heated but no aircon. Now the not so good points. No seperate shower so stepping into a high bath is dangerous for older guests, the shower attachment was wonky. The caroets need replacing as they are light colour and had bad walking stains. Towels are thin, matress just ok , pillows one to small the other to big. Not at all 4 star.
