I had a great stay and would definitely return. Location is great, close to all main attractions. The hotel is modern, rooms are very spacious and have excellent bed, shower, bathtub, bathroom amenities. Most importantly, the rooms have very good soundproofing. You won't have issues with noise here. Breakfast is plentiful, the coffee is very good quality, the breakfast staff are very courteous. Bar and restaurant are beautifully designed and have a good selection of food and drinks. All the staff I met were very nice and professional. Only thing to consider: the rooms with courtyard view are in fact facing another building so you don't really have a view. I would book a room with a city view. Thank you very much, I will be back.

位置很不錯，服務很好，行李員快速送行李到房間，客房，每天提供一大瓶礦泉水，離開時因晚上的航班，前台雖然不能延遲退房，但能提供健身房更衣箱鑰匙方便客人換衣服或淋浴。周邊用餐購物及去觀賞音樂會博物館都特別方便。

這是我住過最好的酒店之一。位置完美,但住宿很壯觀。早餐酒吧包括點雞蛋,而不僅僅是常規自助餐。餐廳和酒吧是美麗的藝術裝飾,古老的魅力的例子。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。它很貴,但值得。

from the moment we walked in the hotel we were greeted by our name , & brought right up to our suite, everything in the magnificient property has been redone. Traditional beautiful, there wasn't one thing that was not done. concierge made our dinner reservations & told us how to get there. we needed some drugs, right across the street, they even called the pharmacist! Breakfast, everything you could ask for, and if you didn't see it out, just ask it was brought to us. the best coffee & lattes. all the staff helped each other which was nice to see so if we needed something all you had to do is look up. we left early to catch our flight, waiting for us with coffee to take with. I'm telling you when it comes to service, this is a 6 star hotel. the bar is so warm & cozy & a perfect place to rest after a long day of sightseeing & walking. Vienna is a place to come back & so is the Hotel Imperial!

We had an amazing stay in the grand hotel. Warm amazing welcome and service in the front desk by Antonio to be followed up by the great, fun and amazing service in the bar from Ahmed and team. We found our new regular hotel in Vienna. Also recommended the good bar food and sushi in the hotel. We will be back!

I took my two teen kids to Vienna for the first time. And stayed at this iconic, historical hotel in Vienna Hotel Saher. We thourouly enjoyed the visit of this city thanks to very helpful and professional service at the hotel. This is a nice old style, old world hotel with big bedrooms and a nice position just a 15 to 20 minute walk into the center. All the staff were fantastic couldn’t be more helpful. Comfortable rooms decent shower a handy self-service snack bar downstairs. If you walk out of the hotel and turn right and walk up to the junction 25 minutes on the left-hand side, you’ll see on the corner a restaurant it’s round shaped restaurant, they do a fantastic club sandwich and chips. Also lovely local beer fantastic staff there as well.

來了維也納四次，住了這裏三次，每次都很滿意。逛街方便，早餐也OK。門童也很nice，年紀大一點的那個居然認得我，跟我打招呼說上一次見我時我還在懷孕，這次就帶上小BB過來了。感覺很溫暖

在酒店住了2晚，酒店歷史悠久，是1600年建立的，酒店服務水平高，早餐好。酒店附近有Hop on Hop off的城內游旅遊車路線，離酒店步行10分鐘內有地鐵瑞典廣場站。如果要自駕的，就要注意了，因為維也納城內停車位確實緊張，我是碰巧剛好酒店有個車位（26歐元停一晚）能把車停進去。

Las instalaciones del hostel en general están bastante bien. Es un edificio grande, por lo que tanto habitaciones, espacio común e incluso casilleros, son amplios. La recepción trabaja las 24h y tienes una tarjeta para abrir las puertas y también tu casillero. Lo cual es cómodo. La ubicación es buena, al lado de un supermercado y al frente del mercado. Además está muy cerca la Karlskirche y del centro en general.

這個真的很滿意. 房間 交通 附近景點都非常滿意. 首先機場出來坐到快線或者S7到中央車站 下來換地鐵 中文叫卡爾廣場 英文看圖黑色圈圈.中央車站坐2站就到了.出站后好像走3分鐘就到了的感覺.屬於公寓形式.馬路上沒有店麪 大樓下麪有酒店名字 看清楚就按門鈴. 然後上電梯 電梯裏貼着酒店名字的按鍵就到酒店前台. 房間很好 特別淋浴的水很大 熱水很熱 .還有國內理髮店那種大型吹風機 特別完美.一般老外洗澡水都不太熱 .酒店步行到那些金色大廳呀 美啥宮的那些景點我都是步行. 附近100米有家中國餐廳 蜀點 大眾點評上搜 特別好吃的四川菜. 價格不貴.

Jazz In The City Hotel 28 February - 2 March 2023 Room 500 5 stars for its cleanliness and service! Location: We took the Vienna Airport Cab from the airport to the hotel. We paid Euro 37 (one way). It was very convenient. It took about 30 minutes. The driver drove carefully and was on time to fetch us at the airport. The hotel is accessible to the underground and shopping area. Reception: Excellent and very helpful! We were able to check in early and the room was already ready when we arrived. Room: Modern, fresh and very clean indeed! The bedsheets, pillow covers, towels and bed were all immaculately clean and dust free. It has all the amenities that you need. Our room was located in a quiet area. Bathroom/Toilet: Very clean indeed! Breakfast: Excellent breakfast! You can order sunny side up or omelette which is freshly cooked. Very clean and fresh breakfast area. Check out: Fast and effective! Recommendation: Why not paint the ceiling of the room white and paint the water pipes black? It will give a smooth, clean and fresh feel. Overall recommendation: Highly recommended:
