大使套房飯店(Ambassador Suite Hotel)

Hyvät huoneet. Upeat parvekkeet (meillä oli huono sää, mutta voin kuvitella miten kivoja ovat helteellä). Aamiainen riittävä, lettukone on kaikkien suosikki. Kävelyetäisyydellä nähtävyyksistä. Rauhallinen ja hiljainen alue joten hyvä nukkua. Ravintola tarjoaa illallisen mutta vain tiettynä aikana ja tiettyä ruokaa, mutta se on maukasta. Lähellä on toki mitä vaan ravintoloita. Suosittelen tätä hotellia, jos hinta pitää vastata laatua.

Posto tranquillo a due passi dal lago. Personale gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Un grazie di cuore allo chef e allo "speedy" Valerio che con la loro velocità di servizio e organizzazione ci hanno permesso di godere appieno la nostra vacanza " musicale"

Hotel molto bello e accogliente. Posizione strategica a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla spiaggia . Si dormiva benissimo perché tutto silenzioso. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una junior suite e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Parcheggio e garage. Piscina molto carina. Colazione molto buona. Personale davvero gentile! Torneremo sicuramente a Riva del Garda e torneremo da voi. Grazie di tutto !

Ho trascorso due notti all'hotel Ambassador con la mia famiglia in occasione del soggiorno a Riva del Garda approfittando di un'offerta last minute per una family suite.Secondo me un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Tutto perfetto!camera ben arredata,spaziosa e pulita.Colazione super abbondante e di qualità.Cortesia del ragazzo alla reception che ci ha dato dei buoni consigli.Speriamo di tornarci presto.Siamo ampiamente soddisfatti.Milena

Hotel consigliatissimo, pulito, in posizione tranquilla e non lontana dal centro. Ottima la colazione. Personale molto gentile, sempre pronto a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. Le camere sono ristrutturate e pulite. Molto gradito l'utilizzo delle bici che la struttura ci ha messo a disposizione anche nel giorno della nostra partenza. É il secondo anno di soggiorno in questa struttura ma torneremo ancora in futuro.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay - large modern rooms, friendly reception staff, and great location. Highlights were the included breakfast and free bike hire, which we made use of. Location is around a 20 minute walk from the ‘centre’ of Riva, but lake front, supermarket and restaurants, all within a 5 minute walk.

It’s very sad to say we have to go home tomorrow;( ! ASH was Fab! It should have at least 4 *! We are Fam of 3 ( baby girl 11 yrs old so far ) room was not so big but we didn’t stay in during the day, however it’s new refurbished, very clean and comfortable beds! Bathroom as well brand new and clean! Breakfast was good, coffee from the coffee machine just great ! Outside big garden with the trampoline! big and clean swimming pool, great for children! Very friendly staff working here. Speaking English, German, so it was easy to understand each other:) for those who like to keep in shape during a hols brake they also have gym at the 5th floor :) hope we will be back one day !

Four of us spent a week in the hotel for some May sunshine. However we only had two good days out of seven and it was freezing for the most part. Cardigans and jackets required most of the time. Great hotel in lovely location away from the traffic noise of the nearby busy road. Five minute walk to great restaurants and the lake and a good 15 minute walk along the lake front to town centre. We had two rooms that didn't have balconies but the windows were huge and opened wide so the views were still spectacular. Thankfully as it was so cold we did not miss sitting out on a balcony. I was in room 228 compact with not a lot of storage but we managed. The bathroom was big enough with a fab walk in shower and plenty space for toiletries. Nipping clean with the most absorbent towels. The other two were in room 224. Again compact but had an extra bed/settee which came in handy. The sink area though, was outside the bathroom so there was nowhere to store extra toiletries that are needed once out the shower but still needing to be in the shower room. Very bizarre set up. Free fridges which came in handy as a very nice 1 1/2 litre bottle of Soave from the nearby co-op supermarket was only 4 Euro. Safe was a returnable 15 euro deposit and 10 euro to pay for the week. Very reasonable. However the key must be returned to get your 15E back. Reception opens at 8am on the dot so if you have an early checkout don't forget to return your key the night before. Breakfast was plentiful , lots of yogurts and tinned fruit, small amount of fresh fruit, cereals , pastries, bread, cheese, ham, cakes, fresh honeycomb, scrambled eggs and a make your own pancake station. Plenty tea , coffee and juice. Never got to use the pool which was a pity. All in all a great place to stay ,away from hustle and bustle but close enough to pleasantly walk to it. Riva is a beautiful place with lots to see and do and some fabulous walks.
