This place was actually nice and the staff was really nice! THERE IS A CLUB BEHIND THE BUILDING. They played music till like 4 am according to my teens. I was finally able to fall asleep at like 2:30 in the morning because that bass was strong. The people there were kinda sketchy too. First hotel I didn't let my kids go to the pool at because of the people. If you look for silence in order to sleep, don't go here.

We never made it to this property. There was a huge storm and made the roads unsafe for travel. When I called and spoke with an employee and explained the person was VERY RUDE about the whole thing. ******* called the manager and asked for a waiver and they refused. I paid extra for the insurance through ******* and I’m having to jump through hoops to get my money back. Sorry, I don’t know if the hotel is clean but I do know that these people lack compassion for a mother driving with 4 kids across a country with a trailer. I wasn’t going to risk my kids life driving through that storm for the price of that room.

1st impression is very important I wasn't impression at all. Entryway needs to be cleaned up along with elevator. Room was ok. Looking for a quiet stay this place is not for you.

Clean and friendly service. Breakfast starts at 6 which was great for our early departure

It appears it had been renovated. Everything was nice and clean. That is really important to me.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was great. The hotel was convenient for where we had to go. I would like to stay here again.

We were informed that there would be adequate parking for a car towing a boat, but we had to park diagonal across several parking spaces.

The hotel was easy to get to from interstate. Hotel was nice and it was clean and quiet. Only complaint was that the mattress was covered in plastic which made it impossible to sleep due to heat retention and the sheets wouldn't stay on. If they would get rid of the plastic, it would be nice.
