Love this place we stayed on the 3rd floor no problems room was very ean bed was just a little to firm for my back I had 4 pillows 2 soft 2 firm pillow cases said firm and soft kinda cool. Never again will I bring my pillow from home no need breakfast was great fresh apples, bananas. Biscuits and sausage gravy, two kind of omelets, pork sausage , cinnamon rolls milk cold cereal , 3 kinds of juice. Oatmeal pancake machine was out of order,😞. Breakfast was always great. The pool felt so good jacuzzi felt so good pool and Jacuzzi we're both so clean and they provide towels at the pool also.

Overall the hotel was very clean and rooms were a good size. Would stay again at this property.

No one ever at the front desk, phone is off the hook, locked outside in the pool area because they changed locks and wouldn't give us a new key. No towels had to walk inside wet and use old towels to shower. Construction all over the hotel, rocks hitting our window and materials in the middle of the lobby that we tripped over multiple times, toilets barely flushed.

Room wasn't cleaned yet all of our towels were removed...front desk said I needed to request room cleaning. Magnetic key only worked the very first time after check-in. It never worked after that and twice failed after it was re-programmed...had to get the security guard to let us in one night.

Front desk staff was amazing and friendly. All the staff were on top of everything. My only recommendation would be more towels in the pool area. They ran out of towels and the front desk said during the late shift they don't do laundry. But, the staff made sure and washed towels and got us what we needed.

Building is probably old and needs to be renovated, bathroom wall paper was pealing off, room did have a non pleasant smell and bed pillows gave the impression that they have been used by a person

The best part was the gentleman that works the front. He is super friendly and helpful

Excellent location. Room is spacious clean and large. Plenty of room! Comfortable beds, clean linens and great breakfast! Would stay here again!

Property wise other than a bit dated, everything was clean. TV took forever to get started, waiting on DirecTV service to boot. Couldn’t figure out why. Breakfast was a little frustrating. No milk, no additional sausage for them to cook and what was in the pan looked shriveled, biscuits hard but gravy was good. Pancakes and cinnamon rolls good.
