My wife and I stayed here on Friday 24 November the staff were very friendly and really helpful, The room was faultless with a great power shower, Also the bed was very comfortable there was no roadside noise so we both slept well ,The Breakfast was fantastic and hit the spot we would definitely stay here again !

2nd stay here honestly can’t fault it, so clean and welcoming, stayed for 2 nights using a free night offered last year which was due to a very small blip that was dealt with promptly and professionally, can’t comment on food as they only have certain days for food which we didn’t mind as the accommodation itself is too notch all staff from bar staff to cleaning staff are very friendly, definitely recommend and will definitely be back

Been here many times and can never fault the staff, the venue or the food. Always a good choice. The food is delicious and always very fresh. I recommend the steak pie 🥧 with big juicy chunks of steak. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

A really fabulous little hotel in the heart of New Brighton. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us. We were there as a family group for a wedding. We were looked after exceptionally well. The bar and food served was top quality. Would definitely recommend and we will use again

The hotel was a great location and staff were really friendly. We didn’t get to try food but the pub was really nice. The room was clean except for the mattress has seen better days. My only complaint was we were right over the pub with a family and the music on Friday night was really loud.

Great hotel in the middle of new brighton , Victoria road is alive of an evening with small bars and some live acts , the hotel is spotless , a smashing place to stay for all ages , great bar and staff …… and the food was just amazing , they have one of the best chefs on the wirral , even if you Dont stay ….. just go for the food , great prices , a jewel in the crown of new brighton , a must for all

Friends and I went here for a catch up and bite to eat on Sunday. We all chose different meals, I went for chicken roast which was delicious. We all enjoyed our food and drinks, the service was fantastic, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We even turned up the TV for us while we watched the football. Reasonably priced and busy early on, so I’d suggest booking if you’re heading out before 4pm for your Sunday roast!

We stayed overnight here recently. Lovely big airy rooms, coffee and tea facilities in the room. En suite lovely clean bathroom. The staff were really welcoming and friendly. We spent the night in the bar with reasonable prices and again friendly staff. I’d stay here again
