Excellent all round - right in the centre of Warrington, very clean, good amenities.

As soon as we entered the room we heard this sound of rushing air like a wind tunnel. I called the help line 4 times. They promised help that never came. They then called and said nothing could be done as it was a design flaw. They would do nothing. The wind tunnel noise carried on all night making it hard to sleep. In the morning I saw a huge pipe outside the window, see pictures. A terrible nights sleep. Glad to leave the room for some peace and quiet.

Upon my arrival I found my room very warm as I requested and very spacious ideal for a solo guest staying, my room also had brew making essentials and also a microwave and electric hob so I could make my own meals. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was lovely and hot with a good thermostatic controller my bathroom had a good selection of towels and a heated towel rail which kept my towel warm while in the shower. My bed was very well presented along with very comfy bedding and pillows and i slept well without any noise from the local bars, I must say my overall stay was excellent and I would definitely stay here again and it's excellent value for money and in a good location from the town centre for public transport including two train stations to either Manchester or Liverpool upon my departure I was greated by Lisa and her house keepers who all presented themselves in a very professional and helpful manner and answered all my questions about me staying at the hotel again and they facilitate for early check-ins and also late check outs for a reasonable additional cost I could see the hotel was also very well maintained and everything was excellent about my stay at the hotel and I will look forward staying again in the future.

Amazing aparthotel in the centre of Warrington. Short walk to lots of restaurants and bars The apar**ents are very clean, modern and well kept. Although no physical reception you can get help easily from them and always a quick response. Cannot recommend this place enough Only complaint I had was the lighting was a little dark - could have done with a light over the mirror

Great hotel. Our room was clean, warm and spacious. Lovely modern decor and a proper comfy bed with loads of new pillows. Bathroom was warm and the shower was really hot. Swimming pool showers were had. Good location for Parr Hall and town. Quiet and private. Good communication.

I can’t fault this hotel at all! It’s the ideal location in the more prominent part of Warrington, with walking distance to the town center, beauty parlours and many restaurants and opportunities to go shopping. Zach and his team have been incredibly kind and helpful and even though I had some special requests during our stay they accommodated it and we could tell that they put high emphasis on customers and would go the extra mile to ensure customers are happy. The rooms are super stylish, quiet and with daily room service extremely clean which was one of the aspects that made it even more comfortable for us. We will certainly be back every time we visit our family in Warrington.

Lovely room, comfortable bed.Very clean and a good kitchenette are for food prep if needed. Now the not so good- it was very cold when we stayed but not able to alter the room temperature above 18 degrees as it was set at this. Very little sleep as air/ heating stayed on throughout the night so it was like trying to sleep in a wind tunnel. Shame as a nice place but would not take the chance again of another sleepless night.

Perfect for a few days stay - luxurious rooms, extremely central in Warrington which has a paucity of decent places to stay. Fastest wifi I’ve had in the UK. Bed - comfy af Decent shower - no bath in my room. No onsite parking Couldn’t be described as a hotel seeing as it doesn’t have any facilities or a bar or anyone visible. You need to check your email for door access codes

This place is a little gem. Stayed one night on business recently and first time without a reception. No issues with the property and good info throughout. Just booked again for a few months. The only negative which is outside the properties control which is car parking bring so close to the centre. The car park is five minutes walk away but that’s a tiny blip. Plenty of food and drinking places too nearby.
