Już kilkakrotnie korzystałyśmy z usług Apartnent4you i nigdy nie było żadnych problemów, obsługa zawsze uprzejma, pomocna, apartamenty czyściutkie i co dla nas ważne 2 pokoje bardzo blisko siebie. Wyposażenie wystarczające. Na pewno będziemy gościć jeszcze nieraz.

The dishwasher and stove were not working, after the complain the reception responded there is nothing they can do about it (maybe offer change of apar**ent? Or informing service team? Or offer a discount?) Very disappointing, clearly the next guest checking in will have broken appliances as well...

The apar**ent and location was good. The location was a close walking distance of 20 minutes to a mall , but there are restaurants and stores in the area. The neighborhood was safe , and had services such as barbers/salons nearby. public transportation is available at a short distance. and delivery services are able to reach easily. The apar**ent is in a secured building with a security guard 24/7, requiring an access chip for the building, and a card to your door or a 10 digit apar**ent code. There is a toilet without a bidet, a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. The tv had channels ( mostly polish ) , and you can access your streaming services. Storage is sufficient and space for 1 or 2 persons is good. Extra towels and bedding is available. Improvements: 1 - the kitchen was not clean , there was crumbs on the counter. 2 - the bathroom sink surface was not clean. 3 - the hand soap was abrasive. 4 - the sofa had body odor. the cushions were not cleaned. 5 - there was no kitchen towels to dry or wipe the counter. 6 - apar**ent and building access can be made into 1 card or chip. 7 - reception of access could have been done at the apar**ent instead of visiting another building. 8 - a whatsapp channel for assistance can be useful in case of emergency and inquiries. 9 - cleaning equipment can be stored in one storage cabinet and not in separate locations. 10 - the apar**ent is located directly over a parking entrance, any delivery vans sounds , or cars going into the apar**ent complex would brighten the apar**ent at night , as the shades or curtains are for privacy purpose only, and not light blackout for sleep.

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. It was completely outfitted with everything a traveler could need, plus it was in a great location. The apar**ent itself was in a mixed-use area close to the central train station. It had plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, but it was off the beaten path so it was peaceful and quiet. What a find!

The apar**ent is very well located, very good for a stay in the central Warsaw. There was all the necessary equipment. A little patio/balcony in one is a nice, cozy addition there. Everything clean. We recommend staying there.

Amazing place to stay :) They have all the utensils to cook and the bed was super comfy The ambience was very calm and serene! The location is just brilliant as its from a walkable distance to a train station Absolutely loved the stay :)

Fint nok , men sidste gang jeg tager derhen også tag det en evighed og finde parkning . men mangle på kommunikation , ingen fortælle dig hvor du smider dit skrald eller hvordan du check ind eller ud , og deres senge er de værste senge man kan sove på for 200kr-300kr mere kan man sove på et 5 stjerne hotel med bedre service og renlig samt kommunikation .

Nice place and excellent service. Location is perfect. Everything was well organised, including the morning breakfast. As soon as I come back to Warsaw I will book this place again. Thank you for excellent services.

The apar**ent had everything I needed. Many pillows, blankets, slippers, bathrobe. Also it had everything I need in the kitchen...even nice glasses for wine! Great heeting and isolation. I would recomend everyone who wants to feel like at home.
