貝洛託飯店(Hotel Bellotto)

Hyvä sijainti, jos olet kiinnostunut vanhasta kaupungista. Ihanat jouluvalot alkoivat aivan hotellin edestä. Italialaistyylinen ravintola ja kahvila olivat samassa rakennuksessa. Hyvä aamiainen tarjottiin miellyttävässä ympäristössä. Aulabaari ei ollut viihtyisä. Olimme jo toivoneet kylpyhuoneesta, jossa on suihku, mutta saimme kylpyammeen. Vaatekaappi ja keittokomero olivat mukava yllätys tilavassa huoneessa. Viereinen Irsih Pub pilasi viimeisen iltamme ja yömme. Äänekäs elävä musiikki jatkui kello 1:een asti. Taksit ovat edullisia, kyyti lentokentältä hotellille maksaa noin 50 PLN. Taksin vähimmäishinta on 15 PLN ja sillä matkustaa jo kohtuullisen matkan.

From the beginning, after booking the hotel, the hotel staff was rude, cold, and awful when I inquired and tried to book their hotel shuttle service. Then when I arrived to check-in the hotel staff was just as rude, cold, and awful, and I felt like I had to lock up my luggage until the room was able. They refused to let me use the restroom. The whole experience was terrible even though the hotel itself was in a good location. I will never stay at this hotel again. Supposedly a 5 star hotel, but was the worse hotel out of 9 hotels when less stars

What are incredible hotel, the place is beautiful and gracious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s the best location in Warsaw, right at the edge of the historic old town, easy walk to the historic center, shops, restaurants, public transport and historic attractions. I highly recommend this place.

Definitely Hotel Bellotto is not a 5-star hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean, but the rest of the hotel, including the staff in the lobby, deserves 1-star. The picture of the lobby that is displayed is not accurate, as it really looks like a room from City Hall. If someone is looking for a 3-star hotel, this would be perfect. But it is not worth the money for a 5-star hotel.

Fantastic building, great position close to historic old town, excellent room and service, Fantastic breakfast included, on-site restaurant was not only of a high standard but also offered great prices, better than ones in the town, and they where reasonable.

Mycket trevligt hotell, fint rum och mycket bra frukost. Perfekt läge mitt i stan med mycket trevlig och tjänstvillig personal. Återkommer gärna.

Esperava mais desse hotel, quando chegamos achei o cheiro do quarto estranho, parecia que tinham fumado dentro, apesar do quarto não fumante. O café era bom, o serviço não era atencioso, tive que pedir o drink porque a recepção não lembrou. A localização é boa, o estacionamento pago e caro. A limpeza não era das melhores. Não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.
