Only one night. Silence of beauty. It’s better for family holiday. Breakfast is good and room is clean.Comfortable!

Inizio con il dire che lo staff è eccellente, sia alla reception che al ristorante. Eccellente anche la colazione, una delle migliori mai provate. Splendida la location, in mezzo al verde e ai campi da golf, per appassionati una manna. Purtroppo la camera non è all’altezza, doccia con tenda ed erogatore troppo basso, finiture vecchie, niente minibar, vista nel mio caso sul parcheggio, tubature rumorose. Pessima la cena, mai successo di trovarmi così male, zuppa del giorno una semplice passata di pomodoro, bistecca salatissima, dolce con biscotti vecchi da dimenticare. Peccato, non penso che tornerò, non è all’altezza del nome della catena che porta.

Excellent 4 night stay for a business trip. It's not often you comment that the staff make the Hotel, but in this instance they definitely do. The Hotel itself is very nice and comfortable with large, very clean and quiet rooms. The bar and restaurant facilities are excellent, as is the food served. The leisure facilities also look to be very good. The staff are so polite and professional and a credit to the Hotel. They are the best I have encountered in the UK. I would definitely recommend this Hotel for a Business, leisure or Golf break (the course looks very good too) Thank you to all who made my stay so enjoyable (especially the attentive restaurant Team).

We had a lovely stay and our children loved it. Our evening meal in the restaurant was brilliant and our kids (9 &12) even commented it was the best meal out which says something! The breakfast was also nice. The only negatives was there was a bit of a damp smell in the restaurant in places and the jacuzzi wasn’t working .

It was a lovely stay ,reception were very good and complied to what we requested for our room . Also advised us re fire alarm due to us being deaf and that was appreciated as that was their initiative. Only downfall is that some items in the room could do with a replacement ie chair. Thanks

Wonderful staff, very polite, welcoming. The only thing is the changing rooms in leisure centre very cold, the swimming pool could be a little bit warmer and less chlorinated as soon as you walk in it hits you in the eyes. Overall very good experience. Fantastic breakfast spread

Everything great enjoyable clean hotel. Staff very helpful . Only comment would be restraunt was a bit unorganised and basic for dinner . Breakfast was really nice loads of options . Swimming pool was great .

Had a 2 night stay in this lovely, kinda quirky/old fashioned feeling hotel. Highly recommend. Bed v comfortable, quiet room (never saw anyone else on our corridor), relaxed pool with long opening hours, steam room, spa pool. Rural surroundings though so close to major roads. Downsides... on the first night our room was unbearably hot. Heating was off and window only opened a crack. Found a fan in the wardrobe and kept it on whenever we were in the room. Ate in the Cast Iron Grill one night - fantastic burger with v generous fries, but the 'create your own sundae' involved just a choice of vanilla or chocolate ice cream, and really didn't qualify as a sundae. Breakfast, however, was great, couldn't fault it. Maybe the bacon was a tad undercooked, but hey. Oh, one last thing, a lounge area to relax before/after meal would've been nice. Just re-read what I've written and not sure why the overall feel was 'quirky' - but it was! Thanks Marriott/Delta... we had a great time.

This was a celebratory dinner which was attended by around 200 friends. The service at Dinner was excellent, the breakfast was varied, plenty & delicious. The staff were smiley, helpful & friendly.
