這家飯店的服務是我在英國住過的所有飯店中最好的。每個細節都經過考慮和思考，讓您立即感到賓至如歸，所有員工都很棒！ 酒店非常華麗，典型的英式裝飾與現代元素…完美平衡。 我對這家酒店的評價不高……它確實將服務提升到了一個新的水平！感謝所有的工作人員 食物的標準也非常高！

Lovely hotel full of character.Plumbing in bedroom was atrocious.Sewer smells,toilet cystern takes forever to refill,taps only trickle.Management admitted problems due to age of plumbing - SURELY THEY NEED TO SPEND THE MONEY TO SORT OUT

I won't go into detail about my 60th birthday stay at this place, suffice to say their company strap-line of "luxury and fine dining" leaves a lot to be desired. Poor state of fittings in the bathroom, staff that rip you off by taking tips when the hotel policy clearly states staff are told not to, dreadful service in both restaurants....the list is frankly endless and we will not be returning. Management have been advised via email but have had the decency to reply - says it all really.

We booked this hotel as it was a Spa hotel with an indoor pool, however, upon arrival it turns out that use of the pool was charged at £15 per hour! On top of this they was a charge of 7.5% added to our final bill as a 'tip'. I will say however that when I asked they removed the charge without complaint. I also had to point out that I had been double charged for a couple of items. If I had not checked the bill properly before checkout this would have been a very expensive trip!

The room I stayed in didn’t have an air conditioner. I went bed at 9pm but could not sleep till 4am as it was too hot even with a small fan they provided. I rang the room service at 1am and asked if I could have a room which has an air conditioner they asked they will look into it and will ring back in 5 mins. They rang back and asked for £200 if I want a room with an air conditioner. I had already paid a decent amount and was expecting atleast an air conditioner as every small budget hotel has an air conditioner. They advertise themselves as if they are luxury so the least I expected was a room with a temperature which I could sleep in. Although the breakfast and the staff were lovely.

Great location for a special birthday. We were particularly impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and help of staff.

Perfect hotel for a business trip to Warwick. Great spa facilities on site. Excellent staff. Fabulous breakfast. What more can one ask for?!!
