威茲菲爾德飯店(The Waitsfield Inn)

I was here for one night prior to Christmas for a friends memorial service. I came in early and was allowed to check in. The room was small but very clean and did not have the stuffiness you would expect in an old house during winter. The bed was comfortable and a modern heating unit kept the room as I like it. 2 things I noticed. 1) there was no television in the room. Thats OK for me because I use an IPAD but there was no information regarding the WiFi in the hotel.(front desk) in fact there was no information at all about the check out time, facilities,area dining or activities. Some information in the room would be helpful. 2) and this is maybe just one of those things,but at 230AM the man next door to me was snoring so loud it woke me up. Not a lot of insulation between our rooms. I had earplugs so I was able to get some sleep. It seemed like the Inn was empty so why put people next door to each other if noise is an issue. Breakfast was, "eh", Keurig, no fresh coffee, packaged pastries,etc. I understand the ski areas were all closed but if you are offering breakfast try a little harder. I just needed a good cup of coffee before leaving. Mr. Coffee and an insulated carafe would work.For my purposes this Inn worked out well. It was middle of the road price wise compared to other places in the valley, and it wasn't any more or less than what I expected. I'm sure there is a different vibe when the ski areas are open and the Inn is full. I'd stay again for 1-2 nights.

The property is fantastic! The owners are great and the breakfast is super. There are many options for rooms, we stayed in the Milton which was perfect and he renovations that have been done are great. Location could not be better as it's so close to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen and just a stone's throw from Lawson's Finest (Sip o Sunshine)

The owner Frank was terrific. He only purchased the property 2 years ago and has done a lot to maintain the unique charm and decor. He made us the best waffles I’ve ever had with walnuts, chia seeds, blueberries, and bananas. He also provided additional high quality organic options including for breakfast including organic coffee. It’s affordable and we are definitely going back.

This was a clean, quiet, and charming hotel, and we loved the decor. Nice breakfast and kind people.

Good price, cute hallmark-like bed&breakfast inn. Friendly staff, clean, quiet, convenient location for tourists that want to travel around Vermont.

Pretty standard B&B. We stayed in the Richardson room with a loft. Kids enjoyed the loft. Decent breakfast. Would stay here again

Breakfast was not good - oranges were soft and bananas were bad. Over half the electoral outlets did not work.

The website shows yummy pancakes with great reviews…but only oatmeal and toast coffee..kind of disappointing…also shows a fully stocked bar which wasn’t there ….

Nice quiet place to stay. If you are looking for modern accommodations this isn’t for you! This one has an old charm to it!! Everything was clean and comfortable!
