I liked everything but the wall are paper thin. You can hear everything that goes on in the hallway.

Check in went well, the staff was friendly. The room was nice and the breakfast was great. The only issue I’ve come across so far is the flooded front parking lot

To enjoy my stay at this Establishment was an easy task.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. even with my early morning. Inquiries to find places for sustenance at 5 o'clock in the morning. the establishment was clean and inviting. the breakfast options once available we're filling and provided enough variations That my entire group found something to enjoy. I would definitely stay here again

Excellent breakfast, with a few variations every day. Fantastic facility in a great location. Rooms have all the conveniences of home. Would recommend to anyone. 10 not 5 stars.

This is an excellent property to stay at, especially if you are attending activities at U of A. The breakfast was excellent, and I liked that it didn't end until 10:30. Another plus for this property was the free guest laundry machines - you only have to provide your detergent. Also, check-out is not until noon, which is a plus. I rated the property conditions and facilities as good instead of excellent only because the indoor pool was closed due to the heater being out and the treadmill not working properly.

They called our room in the middle of the night about a noise complaint and woke us up saying it was us but we were asleep and our key didn’t work to get in the room. When we got there it said we only had one room booked when we had two booked. It was clean but not the best experience.

Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and kitchen. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast offered each morning. All the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

3 night stay, great breakfast, took advantage of the free guest laundry- bring your own soaps.

2 night stay. Front desk staff very genuine friendly. Can tell they like the job not just putting on fake smile that seems to be the norm in the service industry lately. Hotel is extremely well kept both inside and outside public areas as well as the suite which was IMMACULATE and very well appointed. Everything was clean to the point it seemed almost new. Not a spot to be found in the kitchen or bathroom. No smells. Seriously, I want to hire the housekeeper! The pool looked nice but i didn't use it. This by far is the best, cleanest and good vibes hotel I've stayed at in its class. Highly recommended!
