Personnels très accueillant et sympathique Mais si vous arrivez après 10 heure le week-end il n’y a presque plus rien à manger 😟 Dommage. Sinon tout est parfait 😍

I’ve been to this hotel multiple times in the last six months, and this time was the worst experience. Someone was smoking, and the smoke came through the bathroom vent to my room. When I told the front desk about it, they said the hotel was full so they couldn’t move me to another room. Even if they offered me to move to another room, that would have been a hassle. The smoker should be moved, not me. I’m not coming back to this hotel next time.

The residence inn has the worst layout of rooms in any of this chain that I have seen. The bed is located about 4 feet from the fridge and next to the door. The sitting area consists of a single chair. And there was a tiny desk off in another corner. The fridge kept me up so they gave me another room with exactly the same layout. That was a waste of time. I asked for an extra blanket and they said it would be delivered to my room. It never showed up. I would never go back to this property.

Lobby is under construction, room was comfortable and clean, you need quarters for the washer/dryers available at the front desk, free breakfast had lots of options,overall decent stay. My favorite part was the woman who works in the breakfast area, sweetest , kindest woman who did everything to make our breakfast enjoyable.

I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel until the renovations are done. We were not alerted to the renovations until check-in, which was disappointing lack of communication. We would have chosen to stay elsewhere if we knew. Due to the construction, the breakfast was all pre-packaged and barely edible. On one day of our stay there was no water for most of the day (until 9pm), which all parents know doesn’t work well with small children. It was very dusty in the rooms, and all of us were sneezing by the end of day 1. Thankfully, the staff gave us a refund for our remaining nights, and we headed home early.

Didnt like the location, there is no lobby in this hotel, its an old building, you have to run the tap a long time before getting hot water. Hotel was undergoing renovation's there was no indication n had grab n go breakfast. For the same price i could have booked another hotel with better amenties.
