銀石飯店(Silver Rock Hotel & Beachfront Apartments)

i went to this amazing property located on rocky malindii ocean.it has 22 specious rooms with suites on top floor.and 5 apar**ents right at the beach front. it has an excellent rocky slope with nice floors. the hotel is very quiet and romantic ideal for holiday makers and honeymooners. the lady at the reception is extremely friendly and my business host cecilia is an amazing lady too with high standard of customer and care. i will certainly come back with my family and have this lovely serene hotel.

可能是我住過的最糟糕的地方。我們在下午 6:00 到達。他們給了我們一個有空調和風扇的房間，當我們第一次進入時，它可以工作。當我們把行李箱留在房間裡時，我們發現空調不冷，風扇功率很小，浴室有污水味（我們之前沒有意識到，因為它是開著的），燈也被切斷了每三分鐘一次。除此之外，這件作品很髒。當我們要求退款時，他們告訴我們沒關係，但他們會扣除我們一晚的費用，因為下午 6:00 以後就算一天了。永遠不要來銀岩，這是一個可怕的見面地點。我推薦Summertime Villa，距離飯店5分鐘路程，一切都好多了。

Habitación tenebrosa,muy antiguo y descuidado,falta de limpieza,agua del baño putrefacta,no está en primera línea de playa,muchos bichos por todos lados,no tienen toallas para la playa me dijeron que usará la de la ducha,una experiencia penosa no volvería jamás y la piscina sucia tampoco pude usarla

The property is quite nice with some level of privacy which is really amazing, great value for money!The location is very convenient,15 min drive from Malindi Airport ( depending on the roads condition ). We had some low points though ,like blackouts -very disappointing as food in the refrigerator got spoiled on two occasions!, edge reception upon checkin , irritating beach boys, and NO PRIVATE BEACH! also the air conditioning system wasnt working most times. I think its a great place if management could work on customer satisfaction and experience.

The location is amazing,about 15 min from Malindi Airport.Checkin experience wasn't that great,the staff was a bit edgy. The room was spacious although No AC , just some old fan that works whenever it feels like! NO PRIVATE BEACH GUYS! We experienced blackout several times making it unsuitable to have food in the chiller! Realy greedy staff ( asked money for even the smallest of favors or information or even offering direction! ) . Just disappointing 😔.

WE GOT ROBBED AT THIS PROPERTY. The hotel Staff had to be the once who orchestrated the theft. Please do not go to this hotel. Luckily, me and my 12 year old were unharmed but they cleaned us out.

The hotel is located in a serene area in Malindi with an incredible beach view. I personally loved the customer service I got as a guest there since the staff were kind and ready to help. The rooms are clean and well taken care of with the most comfortable beds ever :). The hotel has a variety of delicious delicacies available at all times for you to enjoy during your stay. Not to forget the beach activities you can indulge in. You will definitely enjoy your stay here trust me.

This hotel is away from the action of malindi , the rooms were good, but the AC was too say the least appalling. it failed to work most days because of the no elecricity , the ceiling fans never worked either, so failed to sleep because of the heat, breakfast was boring and took forever to be brought to the table and flies wer a plenty in the dining room. not a good stay really
