Holiday Inn Express 吹岩南(Holiday Inn Express Blowing Rock South)

En la tina de baño había cabellos de otras personas y el ventilador del baño no servía así que había mucha humedad en el cuarto las personas son muy rudas como que t ven diferente solo por tu aspecto.

Apparently someone aka morning front desk clerk, checked us out 1 day early, and around 6pm-6:30pm night front desk called me while i was driving to the hotel, said i need to talk to you, you've been checked out, i said i am about to pull in, she loudly shouted, no, i need to talk to you, i said im driving and pulling in to the hotel now. Never got an apology from her, cleaning staff was very apologetic.

Perfect spot to stay for our quick family night skiing trip to Appalachian. Will stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Only issue was whole first floor and rooms smelled like sulfur, and sheets were stained. Otherwise everything else seemed very clean, and breakfast was great!

The assistant manager (Alan Edwards) was a great person who worked his behind off to get everything working great. He was extremely short staff and was running the front desk as well as setting up the breakfast room and emptying trash. They are lucky to have him. The property needs some quality manager checking on the condition of rooms such as updating alarm clocks and making sure the drain system in bathtub works well. They need to make sure there are shampoo and soap filled up in all rooms.

Overall this hotel is great and was there during peak season so it was sold out. The staff was great and even with some rowdy customers, they handled it well. Would go back next year.

Everything was great including our room, breakfast, and friendly staff. The general manager Vonda and her staff were extremely busy during this holiday week, but took the time to make sure our stay was great!
