Bon choix pour nous et surtout, pas de déception en entrant dans la chambre ! Très bon rapport qualité/prix .

La salle de bain était malpropre (plusieurs cheveux dans la douche à mon arrivée), l'entourage était bruyant et les matelas renfoncés.

Stayed for one night while traveling up to Canada. Quiet, clean. Easily accessible off the highway. Quick booking and checking in. Plentiful parking. Highly recommend!

We were kind of weary at first but this hotel is great! The breakfast was so good, and the bar was fun, old school darts and pool table, rooms are cozy , we also got snowed in and couldn’t go home . The hotel was extremely accommodating

The room was at 55F when we entered after check-in. The room would not stay warm so the heating unit ran constantly. This was noisy and disrupted our sleep. The floor was dirty along with the desk surface. The bathroom had dried on liquid soap all over the dispensers and the fixtures. In all, the room was not worth what we paid for it.

We arrived late after driving from the airport in Syracuse and experiencing lake effect snow. Great hotel.

Hotel was great for an overnight stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Staff were friendly, room was clean and breakfast was good! Would stay again and recommend to others!

It should be stated that when I stayed, there was below 0 temps happening. I arrived early, they checked me in. Painless and hassle free. Got the room. Clicked the remote. No joy, something was wrong. Called front desk, and he came up right away to fix issue. New remote, I’m a happy person. Next morning, took advantage of the breakfast. Scrambled eggs, sausage, bagel and coffee. Everything was great, hot and filling. The room was perfect. Heater was put to good use due to sub zero temperatures. I don’t usually sleep well in hotels. Any hotel. Not their fault, it’s me (not you). I slept better here, than anywhere else. In conclusion, this exceeded my expectations in every way.
