Power to the hotel went out at 4:45pm and did not go back when I finally left at 8:15pm. The manager indicated no refunds because it was not their fault power went out. I told the manger that I had to have power to be able to prepare for a business meeting I have in the morning. The manager indicated that I could’ve used the neighboring Fairfield Inn and Suites power outlets located in the lobby. I told her that wasn’t possible. There was no light source in my room or hallways/stairwells. I checked out at 8:15pm and went to a neighboring hotel that had power on. I called at 9pm and the power has yet to be restored. Manger mentioned to me that it was due back on by 8:30pm.

Your service booked us this room, only to find out upon arrival that the hotel had been sold out. My family was traveling and needed accommodations due to a power outage in another part of town. Having to scramble for another option with 4 month old at 9pm on a Saturday is not the service I'd expect from you guys.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Area was nice and lots of dining options within a few miles.

This hotel was phenomenal. Ultra clean housekeeping was awesome with replenishing of towels and things on our multi night stay. They had a full hot breakfast with eggs, breakfast meats, omelettes biscuits, and gravy plus assorted breads and bagels. Also had a pancake machine that was in good use. We use the pool, and it was temperature controlled to be comfortable. Front desk people were very welcoming and check in was painless.

I liked its location next to the health club. The only complaint i have is the noise from the central HVAC system (the room was quiet otherwise). However, I would certainly stay here again.

It's a beautiful hotel, I honestly have nothing negative to say, when I say everything is beautiful, everything is absolutely wonderful. I can't review the breakfast because I'm doing this review at 6am but I'm sure it's great too!

The Dove products in the restroom are great...shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion. Black out shades are effective. Bed mattress on the soft side. Breakfast area had many options. LED lights in common areas are nice.

Upon arrival, the front desk person was nice and professional as he greeted us. The beds were comfy and the warm breakfast was good! I would stay here again.
