Great hotel with great breakfast . The only problem we had was the door to the room would not lock from the outside without slamming it really really hard.

The hotel was clean but the condition of the hotel furniture was sub par. The wood vanity was scuffed up pretty bad, the shower assist handle was in pieces, the couch was simply just a corner piece of a larger couch with an ottoman to fill the space. The staff was pretty good, especially the breakfast crew. Although, I asked the front desk to send out some mail a week ago and none of the recipients have received their post cards yet so I wonder if they ever went out? Overall it was a pretty good stay, I just wish the quality of the items in the room were a little better for the price.

I missed the renovation warning. We did have to move to another room because there was no hot water, but it was an easy fix. I'll come back when renovations is done. Noise wasn't bad at all. Shopping and food places are very close by.

I was visiting my mum who lives in Monroe. We had agreat visit and relaxed alot. The rooms were very clean and comfy. It was the best visit to date.

Arrived a little late cause of traffic ( coming from Orlando FL). Had no issues checking in. Staff was helpful and we also received coupons for longhorn steak house/ food was delicious The hotel room was huge and clean. Was very satisfied with my stay.

The hotel was a great stay and very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was the bathroom water was not hot and the pressure was very weak. Besides that it was a perfect stay and I will stay again
