埃弗格林山林小屋(Evergreen Lodge)

I was traveling south and needed a place to sleep for the night. The reviews and score seemed to suggest this would be an adequate place to stay. The place looked pretty good on the outside, but once inside the carpet was filthy, I had to throw the comforter on the floor, and one of the pillowcases was also dirty. It was cold, but you turn the heat on and it gets too hot. Turn it off, it’s freezing. No insulation whatsoever. I thought I was gonna have a freezing cold shower, but the water finally warmed. I left at 4:00 in the morning because I couldn’t sleep anymore. I’m not very picky. All I require is a clean room. Wouldn’t stay here again.

A good, solid, inexpensive hotel. The only thing that concerned me was the wet walkways in front of my room, which I worried about freezing. But it was a nice place.

Small, but clean and comfortable. No coffee maker but walkable to restaurants.

It was much less than other places but very small and the room did not present well. It was just myself so it worked but I would certainly look closer and compare.

The owners were extremely hehpful, courteous, and kind. The room was a bit dated, but comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. We felt taken care of. Would come again. Rate was so affordable also.

Such a nice gentleman at the check in desk. The room was clean and simple and comfortable. A good value for the cost.

It was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. For the price, we expected coffee and queen bed like we had requested.

Mom and Pop economy stay. Very clean, updated and would definitely stay again. Pleasantly surprised. Bed was super comfy and windows kept all noise out. Very quiet!
