Clean, breakfast is average, mostly packaged stuff.

I love IHG hotel. The price is good and amenities are much better than many motels. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was awesome. We went to Leavenworth for Chris**as but the price of hotels in Leavenworth was crazy. Wenatchee will be a good place to consider.

I love this hotel especially for the price! Some pros: 1) We were traveling with our 3 month old son and a LOT of bags and gear. The rooms might be small but they've done a great job with room organization and storage. There are a lot of counter, luggage and hanging spaces. 2) pool and hot tub were quiet and nice 3) free electric car charging 4) nice lobby with tvs, free coffee, water/ice machine. Was a comfortable space to gather with our family. Areas that could use some improvement: 1) little snack shop could be great but selection is really limited. Mostly candy and soda. Would be great to have some healthier snacks and drink variety as well as some back up toiletries for purchase. 2) Free breakfast is totally fine for the price (bagels, cereal, Jimmy Dean sandwiches, fruit, yogurt). Would be great if they had some trays or little bags so you can take breakfast back to your room a little easier. They only have tiny plates so I ended up using the plastic ice buckets and multiple trips which felt wasteful.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It was great on both visits: friendly staff, walking distance to two excellent restaurants, clean and modern, and lots of parking. It's also handy to the antique malls on the highway! Breakfast was good too. I will stay here again for sure.

We had the worst Experience ever!! we were first told we wouldn't have any rooms available. when we booked two. then when we got there we had to fight for them to give us our room since we had 8 people! 4 kids. We finally get our rooms which are the same price and our completely different, one room is nice and the other was a closet. That room was un painted not a complete room dirty as can be looked like they were just working on it, i went and talk to a nice lady and she was gonna get us changed. We didn't get a new room until 10 pm!! we left at 4 am the next day. i had to shower my kids in my friends room and we hung out there the whole time. The manager was so rude! Will never recommended our stay there again!

Very clean and streamlined hotel… straight to the point clean and modern look/feel. Lacking some character and charm. Pool is very small indoor only pool that was so overcrowded we decided to pass on the swimming… which is one of the main reasons I picked this hotel and my children didn’t get to swim as I promised.
