Convenient to Milton Hershey School and area restaurants. The hot tub wasn’t very hot, so we only went in it one time

We really enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham Hershey in Hershey, Pa. We stayed 1 night. The room was comfortable, clean and perfect for us. We ate at The Chocolate Avenue Grill and had a delicious meal, then attended the comedy show (Leeann Morgan) at the Hershey Theater. Hershey, Pa. is a magical place.

Location is perfect for downtown Hershey. Main areas of the hotel were not the cleanest. One of the two elevators out of service, got locked out of our room once, shower/tub faucets leaked constantly, dingy bathroom (dark, prior repairs to shower done very poorly-offset and haphazardly glued back shelves that were on a slant so bath items slid off) refrigerator worked but very wobbly. Nothing serious but everything sub par. Housekeeper was friendly. I’m in Hershey many times a year and will not choose this hotel again.

The staff are polite, professional and accommodating. The hotel has a wonderful smell of cocoa. The indoor pool is great to keep the kids busy. Extremely walkable to restaurants and shopping. From our window, we could see the rollercoasters!

Seems like they might be doing some remodeling. If not, they certainly need to. Various holes in the walls. I stepped on what appeared to be an apple core twice in the hall.

Location, pool, and game room are the only positives. Our toilet ran the whole time we were there and eventually became clogged. The front desk staff seemed bothered to be there. Breakfast was terrible. For the room rate, I was expected a bit more.

Rooms were clean and had been recently updated. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!
