瑞金大飯店(Hotel Regent Grand)

Довольно посредственная гостиница. Была в составе экскурсионного тура по Индии. Сначала дали номер, где после предыдущих гостей не поменяли ни белье, ни полотенца - их просто попытались разгладить и сложить, как будто они чистые. Но поскольку в постели были волосы, пятна и другие следы, то пришлось сотрудника заставить помять белье. в остальном - гостиница очень потрепанная, грязная.

Hotel is oud en vervallen. Stinkt. Badkamer ziet er slecht uit. Kamer waren niet goed schoongemaakt. Personeel erop aangesproken en zou de volgende dag netjes schoonmaken. Fohn hangt los. Geen tissues. Geen handdoek voor handen. Al met al geen 4 ster waard.

Hôtel qui ne paie pas de mine mais qui finalement s’avère d’un tres bon rapport qualité prix. Situation idéale à 30 min de l’aéroport et 200m du métro (ligne bleue). Chambres correctes avec une bonne literie qui permet de récupérer du voyage. Notre chambre pourtant au 2ème étage n’était pas très bruyante. Restaurant correct pour le prix. Le choix n’est pas vaste mais qualité et service attentionné co****sent.

Hotel a 4 stelle?? È uno scherzo! Non dovreste averne nemmeno una. Camera maleodorante, sporca, con mobilio decadente. Mi hanno dato una camera vicino la cucina e non sono riuscito a dormire per tutti i rumori. È stato l’hotel peggiore in cui ho soggiornato in India.

Smelly Bathrooms , Dirty Linen, Rudest of the Rude Staff , they can show you their cheapest side and pull you down to the worst of the worst argument, never ever seen such filthy staff in 40 years in hospitality industry attending ‘Guests’ by stooping so low ……Ask them to get a fresh cutlery or glasses or cups , they will straight away suggest you that if you can use those items then you can wash it by yourself too , we will only do the cleaning or change it when the room will be serviced ….. Useless People Useless Place !!!

Ordentliches Hotel in Delhi. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Der Service war sehr gut. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut und zu empfehlen. *** kann à la carte essen oder vom Buffet. Die Metro ist nicht weit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Final hotel stay on our tour. So disappointing. We asked and paid for 4* Hotel . I wouldnt rate this hotel as a 3*. Arrived after 4pm. The room was not ready. Got into the shabby old neglected room and not really clean. Stained walls, stained seats, stained sheets the flooring is old and in need of replacing and not clean. Im sure this hotel does not know what cleaning products are or how to use them. Towels are a grey colour not white. The internet is very slow. The Airconditioning fan rattled and was noisy. Turned it off. Street noise constant and the hot water was not hot only a little warm. Breakfast is included but did not eat there as if room not clean you can imagine the kitchen. Would not recommend.

10/10 support given by front desk. Special appreciation to receptionist, Mr Previn, he definitely made the last bit of our stay in India a very comfortable one with all care & help given. Room is comfortable. Restaurant waiters good service, helpful with recommendations of places too. Recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. This is in the category of 4-star hotel. The hotel front desk staff are very rigid and not friendly. The rooms are very basic. The toiletries [ dental kits] were not supplied, maybe they simply ignored. Had to call the housekeeping team few times to remind them to send it over to our room. During the morning breakfast the restaurant staff, keep looking and talk among themselves, don't know what are they talking, but it feels uncomfortable. Overall the stay was not good.
