薩姆薩拉山崖水療度假村(Samsara Cliff Resort)

I must say I enjoyed my stay at your organization to the fullest 😊 but the only problem or fault I have is that they are too many chipped plates that are use to service meals .

It was great, food was awesome not to mention the staffs.

Struttura ordinata e pulita, la migliore sistemazione è la palazzina a sud di recente costruzione, all'estrema destra del resort. Il personale simpatico e disponibile, ma alcune cose avrebbero bisogno di essere riviste ma da parte della proprietà/direzione: nota dolente il ristorante, attualmente sito al chiuso, illuminato co luci fioche, quando ci sarebbe la possibilità di posizionarlo in una struttura in legno adiacente di nuova costruzione. Il buffet molto basico, 6 portate a scelta, a seconda del numero di ospiti presenti viene upgradato, frutta solo alla mattina... Musica mai presente. "Cenone" e festa di capodanno le stesse solite pietanze, ma servite in terrazza, musica dal vivo finita per le 10:00 pm poi null'altro. Avevo scelto questa struttura perché il Legend (struttura della stessa proprietà ma sita su 7 miles beach) a dire dalle recensioni era più trasandata, andandoci quasi ogni giorno con la navetta gratuita lo posizionerei allo stesso livello, anche per il buffet, lì però almeno si respira un po' più di spirito Jam. Basterebbero poche cose per rendere il soggiorno più gradevole, un po' più di luci, un po' di musica, colore... insomma più allegria. Un ultima cosa: a chi interessasse il ristorante pizzeria di fronte al resort chiude anch'esso alle 21:00.

We booked this hotel because it was the most affordable during a peak weekend but be aware you get what you pay for!!! I wasn't expecting it to be fancy but you can tell management puts no effort into making it look presentable. Firstly the room photos do not match what was offered to us ... the rooms are poorly lit and all the towels and washcloths we were given looked dirty. Drinks at the bar were disgusting and were served in paper coffee cups?? Not to mention the front desk staff leaves in the evening so if u needed anything you were just out of luck, no security at the front entrance whatsoever ... I recommend staying elsewhere while visiting Negril.

Sheets was dirty had to ask 4 times before they came to change them, there is no fridge, iron or hair dryer in the rooms. You will have to pay 12usd per day for rental of a refrigerator. I got a refrigerator after l called ******* asking for a refund because my child medicine needed to be on a fridge. After that they gave me a hair dryer however there is no plug in the bathroom to use the dryer, my skin is still itching after sleeping on that dirty sheet for the first night. Customer service is so poor after the front desk person calling for hours for me to get towels for my room, didn't get it until the next day. Photos is nothing like what they show on website expect for outside. Dont waste your money going here. I will never go back. So hard to cross the road because you have to park on the other side of the road have to be careful with children. There is some men there that will help you cross the street but they so on their own time.

The worse thing about booking a vacational hotel is not pleasing your family. They trust me to research and make the best choices. Well, I assumed I did just that until we arrived at Samsora Resort. Getting out of the car and walking to the desk is like walking into a Hotel 8. The ladies at the reception desk greeted friendly and invited us to have a late lunch until our room was ready. We walked thru the wild forest that is not kept to part and then to observe the back area only to find NO OTHER GUEST! We have never seen a hotel that has no guests; very strange. We walked upstairs to the late lunch, looked over the ALL INCLUSIVE MEAL. We did find out at this point that ALL INCLUSIVE here means you pick one choice! My son wanted a pizza and chicken but he only could choose one item; so now we realize we have to be smart with our meals. Now the room is ready. I shouldn't expect more because this hotel is old and run down. No central air nor heat but huge air conditioner hanging from the front door. You receive one placement key for the door (not a KEY CARD) and the door chain! Next day we called constantly asking for hand wash cloths to later find out the hotel was out of hand wash clothes! Now we are getting food and still no people lol... What's going on. We went to The legends, which is the sister hotel; nothing different! I understand usually your hotel is just somewhere to sleep while you have fun but this hotel didn't offer anything that it promised in the description.

I was robbed while staying at this resort. Two men came into my room with their own key. They went into my safe and took everything. They also took all my medications. I called the american embassy and they helped me get out of this location. To somewhere more safe. There is no reason this resort should be advertised on *******.

Listen this property is absolutely beautiful, however it just take a few people to mash up your business. When we arrive on friday 🙌 the staff that was there was great. From the shift change Saturday Marcia and her team was the absolute worst. Thank God for staff like Kizzy and Tina who don't care your nationality but just work.

Property is not like in the pics, it is a clean space ;however, i found it very expensive. All inclusive is not worthy because they have only 1 restaurant which has 3 times to eat per day and does not have american food and no enough varity of plates. Moreover, service is bad and drinks are done witj the cheapest liquor
