This place was amazing aside from the hot tub being out of service, I currently have a fractured ankle so that would’ve made my stay so much better but the beds were comfy, breakfast was fulfilling, area was super convenient especially if you’re using public transit and the staff were overall beyond great people! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place!

I usually try to don’t give bad reviews but we got there and the girl in the entrance was rude, after all we went to our room (we had big suitcases) and they send us to the 3erd floor no elevators. We get to the room and the beds had hair and stains all over the sheets, both beds, we go down and ask for new sheets and the guy who was there he was really nice, he change us to another room and after we get there same thing hairs all over the pillows so I don’t think they even change the sheets. I wouldn’t stay there again. I usually really like best western brand but this time it wasn’t good.

We got there and learned right off the bat that the hotel hot tub that they advertised has not worked in over a year. My wife has asthma and I'm recovering from a fractured ankle and they put us on the third floor. Shouldn't be a big deal except that they got rid of, not that they're out of order they got rid of their elevators. We had to take the stairs. We got in the room and there was several stains on the carpet. There was a stain on one of the pillows so we peeled the sheets back to find that there were several pee stains on the mattress. We tried to call the front desk but it kept reading busy so I used my cell phone to call and got a Verizon message telling me that it was out of order. They haven't paid their phone bill and it's been shut off. They had no rooms available so all they did is give us another comforter to put underneath us and a new fitted sheet to go over it. The drain in the tub needed to be snaked because as we were showering the water gathered up around our ankles due to poor drainage. And as if that wasn't enough the water wouldn't even get hot. They had it turned down to where it was only lukewarm. There was a smoke alarm low battery alert going off on the second floor all three days we were there. You could hear it from the front desk and several people including ourselves told them they needed to change the battery but they didn't. Best Western seriously needs to go look at it because it's ruining their reputation. I would never stay there again

DO NOT STAY HERE. It’s Best Western with a Motel 6 look. The room door did not close properly, you had to slam the door shut. The mattress had blood stains and was peed with no mattress pad. (I noticed that the second night) The bathroom smelled like sewer, no ironing board or iron, no microwave or refrigerator. We did not mention anything no the staff since I was told they were booked and we just needed to get some rest. I know it says this property was renovated in 2019 maybe some paint because everything else is falling apart. Not sure if Best Western inspects properties before they put their name on them. Bad bad experience…
