Suite Smart 西部範(Suite Smart West Vancouver)

Beautiful property and friendly people. Front door lock was not working entire stay so caused problems getting in and out of the property after we were told it would be fixed. After being asked what time we wanted breakfast, it was ready 1.5 hrs after the time requested which caused stress due to our schedule.

Beautiful, luxurious our host where gracious the place was impeccable I would never stay in any other place in Vancouver ever

We were expecting a great stay; but overwhelmingly surprised at the decor, room size, parking within a locked gate with surveillance right next to the front entrance. We’ve stayed in many 9 rated hotel rooms, this one has topped them all. Floor heat in the bathroom, a huge closet to store our luggage and hanging clothes, an entire separate closet with bar fridge, specialty coffee and coffee maker, with snacks in the fridge. The views with blossom trees in the backyard view. In the morning we were served a multiple course meal with an omelette, toast, fresh buns, bacon and sausages, yogurt, fruit assortment and offers of whether we wanted anything else, all served in an over the top luxurious dining room, dishes, silverware. My goodness!!! My wife thought we had died and gone to Heaven. Come and stay with your highest expectations, and I assure you that they will be topped with a cherry on top! You have to stay here for more than just 1 night!!!

Beautiful home and decor, and delicious breakfast. Only one thing to mention the hotwater in the bathroom is extremely hot. You have to be careful.

We arrived somewhat later than expected, which didn’t cause any problems. The place is a privately run Bed and Breakfast establishment. The room was pleasantly furnished. The owner was very hospitable and the breakfast in the morning was exceptionally good.

This house isnt clean . We show up at 4pm and the house is being repair fixing touch up fresh paints. Our room isnt ready the guy at the house told us to wait about 30 minutes. After 2 minutes we left because the house smell. We decided to cancel the place and find another hotel . This place is bad awful.

Great facility including pool, gym and excellent breakfast. The booking details were misleading and referred to a booking of two beds but our room only had a single, albeit very large king sized bed. I’d go there again but confirm the booking details next time.

This property was beautiful. Our room was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and clean. The breakfasts were delicious, with a different selection everyday. We were very pleased with the property and would definitely stay there again.

Didn’t realize there were stairs so bringing in heavy suitcase wasn’t convenient.
